موانع و راهکارهای ارتباط بین صنعت ورزش و موسسات آموزش عالی در استان مرکزی
هدف از این تحقیق بررسی راهکارهای ایجاد ارتباط بین صنعت ورزش و مؤسسات آموزش عالی در استان مرکزی،و نیز موانعی که بر سر راه این ارتباط وجود دارند بود. جامعۀ آماری شامل همۀ فعالان بخش صنعت و مراکز آموزش عالی استان بودند. از فرمول برآورد حجم نمونه برای تعیین حجم نمونه استفاده شد، به طوری که 273 نفر در بخش اول به صورت تصادفی طبقهای و135 نفر در بخش دوم تحقیق به صورت غیرتصادفی هدفمند به عنوان نمونۀ آماری انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادههای تحقیق از پرسشنامههای محققساخته موانع ارتباط و راهکارهای توسعۀ ارتباط بین دو بخش استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای دو جملهای و فریدمن در بستۀ نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 18 تحلیل شدند.طبق نتایج تحقیق، موانع اصلی ارتباطِ صنعت ورزش و مؤسسات آموزش عالی، به ترتیب عبارتند از موانع فرهنگی، قانونی، آموزشی، پژوهشی، اداری و اجرایی، ساختاری، سیاستگذاری و برنامه ریزی، که برای آنها نیز 43 راهکار مشخص شد که از جملۀ این راهکارها میتوان به این موارد اشاره کرد:بهرهگیری از توانمندی همۀ مراکز آموزش عالی برای توسعۀ ورزش، ایجاد کمیتۀ برقراری ارتباط با مراکز آموزش عالی در حوزۀ صنعت ورزش، ارتقای کیفی توانمندی علمی مدیران و کارشناسان صنعت ورزش، افزایش بودجۀ تحقیقات در حوزۀ ورزش، بهرهگیری از یافتههای پژوهشی مراکز آموزش عالی در صنعت ورزش، تشکیل انجمن دانشآموختگان تربیت بدنی و بهرهگیری از آن برای توسعۀ صنعت ورزش، جذب دانشآموختگان تربیت بدنی در بخش صنعت ورزش استان. بر این اساس، پیشنهاد میشود برای کاهش و رفع موانع موجود، این راهکارها به کار گرفته شوند تا ارتباط این دو بخش،توسعه یابد.

تأثیر یک جلسه فعالیت مقاومتی بر شاخصهای آسیب عضلانی و کوفتگی عضلانی تأخیری در دانشجویان پسر ورزشکار
هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی اثر یک جلسه فعالیت مقاومتی بر شاخصهای آسیب عضلانی و کوفتگی عضلانی تأخیری در دانشجویان پسر ورزشکار بود. به این منظور، 20 نفر از دانشجویان پسر رشتهی تربیت بدنی داوطلبانه در این تحقیق شرکت کردند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه تجربی و کنترل قرار گرفتند. فعالیت مقاومتی شامل یک مرحله تمرین دایرهای در 5 ایستگاه و هر ایستگاه شامل 3 نوبت بود که هر نوبت با 75 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه در 8 تا 10 تکرار انجام شد. نمونههای خونی قبل از فعالیت مقاومتی، بلافاصله بعد از فعالیت، 24 و 48 ساعت بعد از فعالیت، در حالت ناشتا جمعآوری شد. از پرسشنامه ادراک درد مکگیل برای تعیین کوفتگی عضلانی استفاده شد. برای مقایسه تغییرات درون گروهی از تحلیل واریانس مکرر و تعقیبی بونفرونی و برای مقایسه تغییرات بین گروهی از آزمون تیمستقل در سطح معنی داری 05/0>α استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد سطوح سرمی کراتینکیناز، لاکتاتدهیدروژناز، آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز و میزان درد ادارک شده کلی در گروه تجربی در مراحل مختلف نمونه گیری افزایش معناداری را نشان داد. بر اساس یافتههای تحقیق حاضر میتوان نتیجه گرفت که احتمالاً یک وهله فعالیت مقاومتی با 75 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه باعث افزایش میزان سرمی شاخصهای آسیب عضلانی و درد عضلانی ادراک شده در دانشجویان پسر ورزشکار میشود. بنابراین پیشنهاد میشود در شروع اجرای برنامه تمرینی مقاومتی در ورزشکاران برای جلوگیری از کوفتگی عضلانی از شدتهای کمتر از 75 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه استفاده شود.

اثرات عناصر منتخب آمیخته بازاریابی بر ارزش ویژه برند در صنعت پوشاک ورزشی از دیدگاه دانشجویان و فارغ التحصیلان تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی کشور (مطالعه موردی، برندهای ورزشی معتبر ایرانی موجود در بازار کشور)
روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی و مبتنی بر مدل معادلات ساختاری بود. ﺟﺎﻣﻌۀ آﻣﺎری ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ را دانشجویان و فارغالتحصیلان تربیت بدنی کل کشور ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ داد ﮐﻪ 805 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮی غیر ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ و هدفمند با استفاده از پرسشنامۀ حضوری و اینترنتی از کل کشور جمعآوری گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. نتایج تحلیل معادلات ساختاری بر روی مدل پیشنهادی پژوهش نشان داد که مدل از برازش خوب و قابل قبولی برخوردار است (NFI ، CFI و GFI بزرگتر از 9/0 و RMSEA و RMR کوچک تر از 08/0). همچنین یافتهها نشان داد که ارزش برند به ترتیب از وفاداری به برند، آگاهی و تداعی برند، رضایتمندی و کیفیت ادراکشده اثر میپذیرد. همچنین مشخص شد تاثیر این ابعاد بر ارزش ویژه برند به ترتیب از طریق عناصر قیمت، تصویر فروشگاه، تبلیغات، حامیگری(اسپانسر)، توزیع و پیشبرد فروش بود. از اینرو به منظور تقویت ارزش ویژه برند در صنعت پوشاک و تجهیزات ورزشی، ضروری است تولیدکنندگان داخلی بر روی عوامل مذکور به ترتیب اولویت، برنامهریزی و سرمایهگذاری لازم را اعمال نمایند.

تأثیر تمرینات مقاومتی دایرهای و بیتمرینی پس از آن بر مقادیر پلاسمایی امنتین-1 و ترکیب بدنی دانشجویان دختر دارای اضافهوزن و چاق
امنتین-1، آدیپوکاینی است که در بافت چربی احشایی بیان و ترشح میشود و حساسیت انسولینی را افزایش میدهد اما پاسخ آن به تمرینات مقاومتی و بیتمرینی بهدرستی مشخص نیست. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین مقاومتی و بیتمرینی پس از آن بر مقادیر پلاسمایی امنتین-1 دختران دارای اضافهوزن و چاق بود. در این پژوهش نیمهتجربی 22 نفر از دختران دارای اضافهوزن و چاق به طور تصادفی ساده انتخاب و به دو گروه تجربی (12=n) و کنترل (10=n) تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی در یک برنامه تمرینی هشتهفتهای و هر هفته چهار جلسه، طبق برنامۀ تمرینیای با شدت 65 تا 80 درصد 1RM به تمرین پرداختند و پس از آن چهار هفته بیتمرینی را تجربه کردند تا آثار بیتمرینی نیز بررسی شود. خونگیری پس از دوازده ساعت ناشتایی در مراحل مختلف با شرایط مشابه انجام و مقادیر پلاسمایی امنتین-1 اندازهگیری شد. بر اساس یافتهها هشت هفته تمرین مقاومتی، تغییرات معناداری در همۀ متغیرهای پژوهش ایجاد کرد و پس از چهار هفته بیتمرینی، این مقادیر به سطوح پایه تغییر یافتند که این تغییر نیز معنادار است (05/0p<). در مقایسۀ گروهی نیز در مقادیر BMI (017/0p= و 019/0p=) و VO2max (022/0p= و 024/0p=)، در مرحله پسآزمون و چهار هفته بیتمرینی و در مقادیر امنتین-1 در مرحله پسآزمون نسبت به گروه کنترل، تغییرات معناداری دیده شد (013/0p=). تمرین مقاومتی با افزایش معنادار امنتین-1، تأثیری پیشگیرانه برای بیماریهای قلبی ـ عروقی داشته، در حالی که با توقف تمرین، سازگاریهای مطلوب تمرین از بین میرود و با کاهش معنادار امنتین-1، افراد در معرض عوامل خطرزای قلبی ـ عروقی قرار میگیرند.

تبیین معادله ساختاری عوامل موثر بر کارآفرینی دانش آموختگان تحصیلات تکمیلی رشته تربیت بدنی
تحقیق حاضر با هدف تبیین معادله ساختاری عوامل موثر بر کارآفرینی دانش آموختگان تحصیلات تکمیلی رشته تربیت بدنی دانشگاه پیام نور انجام شده است.به همین منظور آثار هریک از ویژگی های روانشناختی، مدیریتی و سازمانی،تحصیلی و آموزشی،محیطی و جمعیت شناختی دانش آموختگان توسط پرسشنامه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.روش تحقیق توصیفی تحلیلی می باشد، که با بکارگیری تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه و تحلیل مسیر انجام شده است.برای آزمون فرضیه های تحقیق و آزمون مدل مفهومی از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری و جهت ساخت و اجرای معادلات از نرم افزار لیزرل استفاده شده است.کلیه دانش آموختگان مقطع کارشناسی ارشد تربیت بدنی دانشگاه پیام نور از سال 1385 الی1391 به عنوان جامعه آماری مدنظر قرار گرفته اند؛ تعداد 203 نفر با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. یافتههای تحقیق نشان داد؛ اثر ویژگی های مدیریتی و سازمانیدانش آموختگان بر مهارتکارآفرینیدارای ضریب استاندارد 8/0و اولویت اول و ویژگیهای روانشناختی، تحصیلی و آموزشی، جمعیت شناختی و محیطی در اولویت های بعدی قرار دارند. با توجه به یافته های تحقیق نتیجهگیری می شود که ساختار اداری و سازمانی کشور باید به گونهای طراحی شود که تبادل ایده های نوآورانه در آن به ساده ترین شکل و با صرف کمترین میزان هزینه و زمان انجام پذیرد و مفاهیم و اصول مدیریت و سازماندهی به صورتی ملموس تر و کاربردی تر به دانشجویان آموزش داده شود.

تمرین ورزشی با محدودیت جریان خون، تمرینی مفید و مؤثر برای ارتقای سطح عملکرد ورزشکاران است. هدف این تحقیق، بررسی اثر یک جلسه تمرین روی نوارگردانبا محدودیت جریان خون بر سطح سرمی هورمونهای رشد، عامل رشد شبهانسولین-1 و کورتیزول در دانشجویان دختر غیرفعال بود.سی دانشجوی دختر سالم با دامنۀ سنی 19 تا 24 سال که داوطلب شرکت در مطالعه بودند، به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب و به طور تصادفی درسه گروه قرار گرفتند: 1. تمرین روی نوارگردانبا محدودیت جریان خون (با شدت دو مایل بر ساعت، پنج مرحلۀ دودقیقهای با یک دقیقه استراحت بین هر مرحله)؛ 2. تمرین روی نوارگردانبدون محدودیت جریان خون (با همان حجم ورزش)؛ 3. کنترل (با محدودیت جریان خون و بدون ورزش). سطح سرمی هورمونها در شرایط ناشتایی قبل و بلافاصله بعد از ورزش اندازهگیری شد. در پایان مطالعه، برای مقایسۀ تفاوت میانگین متغیرها در بین گروهها از آزمون آماری آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه و آزمون تعقیبی توکی و برای مقایسۀ تفاوتها قبل و بعد از ورزش از آزمون t همبسته استفاده شد. سطحمعناداری آماری 05/0P<تعیین شد. بر اساس تحلیل دادهها یک جلسه تمرین روی نوارگردانبا محدودیت جریان خون، باعث افزایش معنادار سطح سرمی هورمون رشد، عامل رشد شبهانسولین-1 و کورتیزول در مقایسه با مقادیر پیش از ورزش شد (05/0P<). نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه نیز بین میانگین سطح سرمی هورمون رشد، عامل رشد شبهانسولین-1 و کورتیزولِ سه گروه، پس از یک جلسه ورزش، تفاوت معناداری نشان داد (05/0P<). به طور کلی میتوان نتیجه گرفت که یک جلسه تمرین روی نوارگردان همراه با محدودیت جریان خون میتواند باعث افزایش بیشتر هورمونهای کاتابولیک ـ آنابولیک در دختران جوان غیرفعال شود، از این رو به لحاظ کاربردی به نظر میرسد محدودشدن جریان خون در تمرینِ راه رفتن روی نوارگردان، خود عامل مهمی در ایجاد پاسخهای حاد هورمونی است و محدودیت اجرایی کمتری در مقایسه با تمرینات قدرتی با شدت بالا دارد و در عین حال، اهدافی را که از تمرینات با شدت بالا انتظار میرود، برآورده میکند و برای طیف وسیعتری از مردم، از جمله افراد غیرفعال، ضعیف، بیمار و مسن قابل اجراست.
