تدوین نقشة استراتژی تربیت بدنی و فعالیتهای ورزشی وزارت آموزش و پرورش
هدف از این پژوهش، تدوین نقشة استراتژی تربیت بدنی و فعالیتهای ورزشی وزارت آموزش و پرورش با تلفیق الگوهای ساختاری ـ تفسیری و کارت امتیاز متوازن بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی پیمایشی و کاربردی بود. جامعة آماری شامل 14 نفر از مدیران و صاحبنظران دفتر تربیت بدنی و فعالیتهای ورزشی وزارت آموزش و پرورش بودند. اهداف استراتژیک دفتر در جلسات شورای راهبری معاونت تربیت بدنی و سلامت وزارت آموزش و پرورش مشتمل بر ده هدف تعیین و در جدولی ماتریسی به صورت پرسشنامه تنظیم شد و در اختیار نمونة پژوهش قرار گرفت. برای طراحی نقشة استراتژی از روش مدلسازی ساختاری ـ تفسیری و مدل کارت امتیاز متوازن استفاده شد. مدل نهایی چگونگی ارتباط بین اهداف استراتژیک را در پنج سطح و چهار منظر رشد و یادگیری، فرایندها، بهرهوری و توسعة اجتماعی نشان داد. این نقشه تسهیلگر پیادهسازی استراتژیها برای دستیابی به توسعة سواد حرکتی و سبک زندگی سالم و فعال در دانشآموزان خواهد بود.

ارزیابی کیفیت خدمات گروه علوم ورزشی دانشگاه اراک بر اساس الگوی ترکیبی سروکوال، کانو و گسترش عملکرد کیفیت
هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی کیفیت خدمات گروه علوم ورزشی دانشگاه اراک بر اساس رویکرد ترکیبی سروکوال، کانو و گسترش عملکرد کیفیت بود. این پژوهش از نوع پژوهشهای توصیفی پیمایشی بود. جامعة آماری شامل دانشجویان گروه علوم ورزشی دانشگاه اراک بودند که 108 نفر از آنها به صورت تصادفی ـ سهمیهای بهعنوان نمونة آماری انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامة سروکوال برای بررسی ادراکات (92/0=α) و انتظارات (96/0=α) دانشجویان از کیفیت خدمات و نیز از پرسشنامة کانو (96/0= α) که مبتنی بر پرسشنامة سروکوال است برای شناسایی نیازهای دانشجویان استفاده شد. همچنین، از شیوة گسترش عملکرد کیفیت (QFD) برای تعیین ویژگیهای خدمات استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای ویلکاکسون و فریدمن تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که از نظر دانشجویان کیفیت خدمات گروه در سطح متوسط بود و تفاوت آماری معناداری (شکاف منفی کیفیت) بین ادراکات و انتظارات دانشجویان در تمام شش مؤلفة کیفیت خدمات وجود داشت. بیشترین شکاف کیفیت در مؤلفة موارد ملموس و کمترین شکاف کیفیت در مؤلفة قابلیت اعتبار وجود داشت. در نهایت، 20 نیاز مهم دانشجویان از جمله اماکن و فضاهای ورزشی مناسب، اماکن و فضاهای آموزشی و اداری، آزمایشگاه مناسب و نیز 12 ویژگی فنی کیفیت خدمات از جمله پاسخدهی مناسب کارکنان، اماکن و فضاهای فیزیکی کافی و مناسب و وجود ملزومات مناسب تکنولوژی اطلاعات برای بهبود کیفیت خدمات تعیین شدند. در مجموع، دانشجویان از کیفیت خدمات گروه علوم ورزشی رضایت نداشتند. به نظر میرسد اجرای یافتههای پژوهش بتواند بهبود کیفیت خدمات و در نتیجه رضایت دانشجویان را به دنبال داشته باشد.

طراحی و تدوین راهبرد توسعة ورزش دانشگاهی (مورد مطالعه: اداره کل تربیت بدنی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد)
هدف از انجام این پژوهش، طراحی و تدوین راهبرد توسعة ورزش در اداره کل تربیت بدنی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد بود. نمونة آماری این پژوهش 33 نفر از مدیران، معاونان، کارشناسان و همینطور خبرگان تربیت بدنی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد بودند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها، پرسشنامة محققساختهای بود که روایی آن را چند تن از متخصصان مدیریت ورزشی تأیید کردند و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ 85/0 محاسبه شد. پرسشنامه شامل 53 گویة رتبهبندیشده در زمینة قوتها، ضعفها، فرصتها و تهدیدهای اداره کل تربیت بدنی دانشگاه فردوسی بود. پس از تجزیهوتحلیل قوتها، ضعفها، فرصتها و تهدیدها و تشکیل ماتریس ارزیابیِ هر یک از عوامل داخلی و خارجی اداره کل تربیت بدنی دانشگاه فردوسی، محرز شد که اداره کل تربیت بدنی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد باید از راهبرد محافظهکارانه (wo) برای توسعة ورزش خود بهره بگیرد. در ادامه با رسم ماتریس برنامهریزی استراتژیک کمّی عوامل داخلی و خارجی، استراتژی استفاده از مدیران بلندپایة دانشگاه در برنامهریزیهای بلندمدت ورزش نیز در رتبة اول از منظر اولویت در استراتژیها قرار گرفت.

بررسی ریسکهای مرتبط با برگزاری المپیاد ورزشی دانشجویان با رویکرد تکنیکهای تصمیمگیری فازی
هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و اولویتبندی ریسکهای برگزاری المپیاد ورزشی دانشجویان کشور بر اساس زمان، هزینه و کیفیت با استفاده از تکنیک تصمیمگیری چندمعیارة فازی به منظور آگاهکردن جامعة میزبان از این گونه و مخاطرهها بود. این پژوهش به روش توصیفی و برحسب نحوة گردآوری اطلاعات، به صورت آمیخته (کیفی ـ کمّی) انجام شده است. جامعة آماری پژوهش شامل مدیران و عوامل اجرایی المپیادهای ورزشی دانشجویان بود. نمونة آماری 35 نفر بود که با روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش ابتدا ریسکها از طریق مصاحبه و بررسی پیشینة پژوهش شناسایی شد و سپس پرسشنامه طراحی گردید. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه را ده نفر از صاحبنظران حوزة مدیریت و رویدادهای ورزشی تأیید کردند. پایایی پرسشنامه نیز از روش آلفای کرونباخ 92/0 محاسبه شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد مؤثرترین خطراتی که هزینه، زمان و کیفیت برگزاری المپیاد ورزشی را تهدید میکردند، ریسکهای مدیریتی و مالی بودند؛ همچنین نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد ریسکهای مدیریتی، امکانات ـ زیرساخت و سیاسی ـ امنیتی تأثیرگذار هستند و ریسکهای مالی، حقوقی و مدیریتی تأثیرپذیر هستند. از آنجا که در مدیریت المپیادهای ورزشی دیدگاه پیشگیرانه وجود ندارد و مدیران به دنبال راهحلهای مقطعی هستند، لازم است به مدیریت ریسک در این پروژهها نگاهی راهبردی شود.

تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر افزایش مشارکت دانشجویان در فعالیتهای بدنی
این پژوهش با هدف تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر افزایش مشارکت دانشجویان در فعالیتهای بدنی صورت گرفت. با مطالعة ادبیات پژوهش پنج عامل مدیریتی، انگیزشی، اقتصادی، زیرساخت و اماکن ورزشی و اجتماعی ـ فرهنگی به منظور تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر افزایش مشارکت ورزشی دانشجویان انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمعآوری دادهها پرسشنامة محققساختهای با 32 گویه، با توجه به ادبیات پژوهش تهیه شد که روایی صوری آن توسط خبرگان تأیید شد و برای بررسی روایی سازه نیز از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی کمک گرفته شد. میزان پایایی پرسشنامه بهوسیله آزمون آلفای کرونباخ، در مطالعة راهنما 83/0 به دست آمد. جامعة آماری این پژوهش 122001 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاههای تهران بودند که با توجه به جدول مورگان تعداد 384 نمونه برای این کار پژوهشی تعیین شدند. نمونهگیری به صورت تصادفی طبقهای انجام شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها در سطح توصیفی و استنباطی از نرمافزارهای SPSS و لیزرل شامل میانگین و فراوانی، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و مدل اندازهگیری استفاده شد. همچنین در نهایت مدل ساختاری تفسیری با تکنیک ISM به منظور شناسایی ارتباط بین متغیرها ارائه شد. نتایج نشان دادتمام عوامل شناساییشدة پژوهش بر افزایش مشارکت ورزشی دانشجویان تأثیرگذارند. با توجه به بارهای عاملی، مهمترین عامل اثرگذار بر مشارکت دانشجویان در فعالیت بدنی، عامل مدیریتی شناسایی شد و پس از آن عوامل اجتماعی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی، تجهیزاتی و انگیزشی قرار گرفت. بنابراین، مسئولان ورزش دانشگاهها بهتر است ارتباط نزدیکی با دانشجویان داشته باشند و با توجه به اهمیت عوامل مدیریتی، تصمیمات صحیحی در زمینة مدیریت ورزش دانشگاهی اتخاذ و اجرا کنند.

تدوین مدل اجرایی برنامه راهبردی ادارهکل تربیت بدنی دانشگاه پیام نور با کارت امتیازی متوازن
هدف از پژوهش حاضر تدوین مدل اجرایی برنامة راهبردی ادارهکل تربیت بدنی دانشگاه پیام نور با کارت امتیازی متوازن بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع آمیخته و ترکیبی از پژوهشهای کمّی و کیفی است. جامعة آماری پژوهش متشکل از 200 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه پیام نور، مدیران پیشین و کنونی ادارهکل تربیت بدنی دانشگاه پیام نور، مسئولان و متخصصان، مطلعان و خبرگان آشنا به کارت امتیازی متوازن بود که تعداد 132 نفر به طور تصادفی برای نمونة آماری انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمّی از پرسشنامة محققساخته استفاده شد که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن به تأیید 15 تن از متخصصان مدیریت ورزشی رسید و پایایی آن در یک مطالعة مقدماتی با 30 آزمودنی و با آلفای کرونباخ 82/0 محاسبه شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل اطلاعات بهدستآمده در بخش کمّی از روشهای آماری توصیفی و آمار استنباطی از جمله مجذورکای و آلفای کرونباخ و در بخش کیفی پژوهش، از روش استقرای منطقی استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مدل اجرای برنامة راهبردی ادارهکل تربیت بدنی دانشگاه پیام نور، چهار منظر مالی، دانشگاهی، فرایندهای داخلی، یادگیری و رشد دارد و از 44 هدف استراتژیک، 139 سنجه، 139 هدف کمّی و 141 اقدام و ابتکار تشکیل شده است. در آخر میتوان نتیجه گرفت که مدل ارائهشده این قابلیت را دارد که در ایجاد زمینة اجرایی برنامة راهبردی ادارهکل تربیت بدنی دانشگاه پیام نور به خدمت گرفته شود.

بررسی نقش تعاملی مشارکت ورزشی و ویژگی شخصیتی کمالگرایی برتحول روانی ـ اجتماعی دختران نوجوان
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش تعاملی مشارکت ورزشی و ویژگی شخصیتی کمالگرایی بر تحول روانی ـ اجتماعی دختران نوجوان شهر تهران انجام شد. بدینمنظور 75 دانشآموز دختر نوجوان فعال که به طور منظم در فعالیتهای بدنی شرکت داشتند و 80 دانشآموز نوجوان غیرفعالی که در این فعالیتها هیچگونه مشارکتی نداشتند، از مدارس و باشگاههای ورزشی شهر تهران به صورت نمونهگیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش پرسشنامة کمالگرایی و پرسشنامة تحول روانی ـ اجتماعی هاولی (MPD) بود. از روشهای آمار توصیفی نظیر میانگین و انحراف معیار و آمار استنباطی نظیر تیمستقل و تحلیل واریانس عاملی با استفاده از نرمافزار اسپیاساس نسخة 15 برای تحلیل آماری یافتهها استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین ویژگی شخصیتی کمالگرایی و تحول روانی ـ اجتماعی در دختران فعال و غیرفعال تفاوت معنیداری وجود دارد و دختران فعال با کمالگرایی مثبت، تحول روانی ـ اجتماعی بیشتری نسبت به دختران غیرفعال با کمالگرایی منفی داشتند. بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش حاضر میتوان اینگونه استنباط کرد که تقویت مؤلفههای شخصیتی از طریق مشارکت ورزشی در دوران نوجوانی منجر به افزایش تحول روانی ـ اجتماعی و احساس کسب هویت در نوجوانان میشود.

نقش میانجی خودکارآمدی در رابطة بین محیط ادراکشده و حمایت اجتماعی با مشارکت در فعالیت بدنی دانشجویان
هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی نقش میانجی خودکارآمدی در رابطة بین محیط ادراکشده و حمایت اجتماعی با مشارکت در فعالیت بدنی دانشجویانبود. روش پژوهش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و مبتنی بر مدل معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعة آماری این پژوهش را دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم و تحقیقات تهران تشکیل دادند. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان تعیین (283= n) و دانشجویان به صورت تصادفی ـ طبقهای گزینش شدند.جمع آوری داده ها از طریق پرسشنامه های اطلاعات فردی، مشارکت در فعالیتبدنی، محیط ادراکشده، حمایت اجتماعی و خودکارآمدی به ترتیب با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 83/0، 83/0، 80/0 و 86/0 انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی و مبتنی بر مدل معادلات ساختاری بود. در تجزیة داده ها از نرم افزار اس.پی.اس.اس و پی.ال.اس استفاده شد.نتایج نشان داد که رابطة مثبت و معناداری بین محیط ادراکشده، حمایت اجتماعی و خودکارآمدی با مشارکت در فعالیت بدنی وجود دارد. الگوی پژوهش از برازش لازم برخوردار بود و خودکارآمدی نقش میانجی در رابطة بین محیط ادراکشده و حمایت اجتماعی با مشارکت در فعالیت بدنی ایفا کرد. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، این متغیرها از جمله عواملی بودند که توانستند مشارکت دانشجویان را در فعالیت بدنی افزایش دهند. بنابراین با توجه به یافته های پژوهش پیشنهاد میشود شرایط محیطی مساعد هم از نظر کمی و هم از نظر کیفی، حمایت عاطفی، حمایت ابزاری، حمایت اطلاعاتی و حمایت ارزیابی فراهم آید تا بدین طریق بتوان میزان مشارکت دانشجویان را در فعالیت های بدنی افزایش داد.

نقش خودپذیری نامشروط در ارتباط کمالگرایی و تحلیلرفتگی در بازیکنان بسکتبال دانشگاهی
هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، تعیین نقش خودپذیری نامشروط در ارتباط کمال گرایی و تحلیلرفتگی در بازیکنان بسکتبال دانشگاهی بود. به این منظور طی یک مطالعة مقطعی ـ همبستگی، 118 بازیکن بسکتبال (54 مرد و 64 زن، میانگین سن 8/23 سال، میانگین سابقة ورزشی 4/10 سال و میانگین سابقة رقابتی 4/6 سال) مقیاس کمال گرایی مثبت و منفی، پرسشنامة خودپذیری نامشروط و پرسشنامة تحلیل رفتگی ورزشکار را تکمیل کردند و داده های بهدستآمده با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانة سلسلهمراتبی در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بازیکنان بسکتبال دانشگاهی از سطوح بالای کمال گرایی مثبت، سطوح متوسط کمالگرایی منفی و سطوح متوسط به پایین خودپذیری نامشروط و تحلیل رفتگی برخوردارند. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که کمال گرایی مثبت و منفی در مجموع 2/13 درصد از تغییرات تحلیل رفتگی را تبیین می کنند. همچنین، خودپذیری نامشروط نقش واسطه ای معناداری در ارتباط کمال گرایی منفی و تحلیل رفتگی برعهده داشت؛ درحالیکه نقش آن در ارتباط کمال گرایی مثبت و تحلیل رفتگی از لحاظ آماری معنادار نبود. بر اساس یافته های پژوهش حاضر، نقش تعیین کنندة خودپذیری نامشروط در کاهش اثرات مخرب کمال گرایی منفی و اتخاذ راهبردهای روانشناختیِ مؤثر، بررسی میشود.

تأثیر محرومیت از خواب و مداخلة پسگستر بر یادگیری ناپیوستة مهارت پرتاب آزاد بسکتبال
هدف از پژوهش حاضر تأثیر محرومیت از خواب و مداخلة پسگستر بر یادگیری ناپیوستة مهارت پرتاب آزاد بسکتبال بود. تعداد 50 آزمودنی مبتدیاز بین بازیکنان پسر بسکتبال شهرستان بوکان با توجه به نمرات پرسشنامة کیفیت خواب پیتزبورگ انتخاب و بهصورت انتساب تصادفی (با توجه به نمرة پیشآزمون پرتاب آزاد بسکتبال) به پنج گروهِ خواب شبانة کامل، محروم از خواب، خواب شبانة کامل و مداخلة پسگستر، محروم از خواب و مداخلة پسگستر و توزیع جلسات تمرین با فاصلة کمتر از یک ساعت تقسیم شدند. برای سنجش اجرای تکلیف از آزمون تواناییهای هریسون استفاده شد و برای گروه مداخلة پسگستر پرتاب دارت در نظر گرفته شد. بخش اصلی پژوهش شامل آموزش و پیشآزمون، دو جلسه تمرین و آزمون یادداری بود. با توجه به تعریف یادگیری ناپیوسته اختلاف بین نمرات دستهکوشش نهایی جلسة اول با دستهکوشش ابتدایی جلسة دوم بهعنوان نمرة یادگیری ناپیوسته در نظر گرفته شد. به منظور تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از آزمون تحلیلواریانس با آزمونهای تکراری، آزمون تحلیل واریانس یکسویه و آزمون تعقیبی توکی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد تفاوت بین گروههای مختلف پژوهش در یادگیری ناپیوسته (001/0P=) و نمرات یادداری (007/0P=) معنادار است. گروههای دارای فاصلة زمان استراحت کافی بین دو جلسه و استراحت کامل،سطح اجرای روز بعد آنها نسبت به روز قبل بالاتر بود. با توجه به این نتایج، افرادی که در حال یادگیری مهارت هستند، باید بر الگوی خواب و فعالیتهای روزانة خود نیز توجه داشته باشند تا یادگیری مهارت دچار اختلال نشود و از تمرین خود بهرة بالاتری ببرند.
