چکیده

 

 هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبیین الگوی تعهد به مشارکت بانوان استان مازندران در ورزش همگانی بوده است. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی ـ همبستگی و مبتنی بر مدل معادلات ساختاری (SEM) بوده است. جامعة آماری را بانوان سازمان‌یافتة ورزش همگانی استان مازندران تشکیل دادند که 500 نفر به‌صورت تصادفی خوشه‌ای در سه منطقة غرب، مرکز و شرق استان انتخاب شدند و پرسش‌نامه بین آنها توزیع شد که در نهایت تعداد 400 پرسش‌نامه برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل آماری انتخاب شد. به منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها، از مدل حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم‌افزار (پی.‏ال.‏اس) استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد انگیزة مشارکت تأثیر معناداری بر تعهد به مشارکت ندارد. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد «موانع مشارکت» بر «تعهد به مشارکت» تأثیر منفی و معناداری دارد و «پیامد مشارکت» بر «تعهد به مشارکت» تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. به‌طورکلی نتایج نشان داد موانع و پیامد مشارکت بر تعهد به مشارکت تأثیر معنادار دارد. با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده در پژوهش حاضر به مسئولان و متولیان ورزش استان مازندران توصیه می‌شود علاوه بر آگاه‌سازی بانوان استان از فواید ورزش و مشارکت در آن، در رفع موانع موجود در مسیرِ مشارکت بانوان در ورزش نیز همت بگمارند.
