چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین الگوی توسعة مدیریت دانش در وزارت ورزش و جوانان انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر، کیفی و مبتنی بر نظریة داده‌بنیاد با رویکرد سیستماتیک است. جامعة آماری این پژوهش شامل تمام مدیران، مشاوران و کارشناسان خبرة وزارت ورزش و جوانان و اعضای هیئت‌علمی مطلع از حوزة مدیریتِ دانش در این وزارتخانه بود. در این تحقیق از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند مبتنی بر رویکرد نظری استفاده شد، جمع‌آوری اطلاعات تا اشباع نظری داده‌ها ادامه یافت و تعداد 19 مصاحبة فردی نیمه‌ساختاریافته انجام گرفت. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش کدگذاری سه‌مرحله‌ای باز، محوری و انتخابیِ استراس و کوربین با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مکس کیودا (MAXQDA 10) استفاده شد. با کمک نرم‌افزار در مرحلة کدگذاری باز تعداد 172 کد مستقل باز اولیه (مفاهیم)، 32 کد باز ثانویه (مقوله‌های فرعی) و در نهایت بر اساس کدهای باز ثانویه، 12 مقولة اصلی ایجاد شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد به‌منظور توسعة مدیریت دانش در وزارت ورزش و جوانان، باید 12 عامل یادشده به‌عنوان مؤلفه‌های کلیدی مد نظر قرار گیرند که ارتباط بین آنها در قالب الگوی نهایی پژوهش ارائه شده است. در این الگو، توسعة مدیریت دانش با مقولات فرعیِ سطح مشارکت کارکنان در برنامه‌های دانشی و فرهنگ سازمانیِ دانش‌مدار، به‌عنوان مقولة اصلی یا پدیدة محوری انتخاب شد که به‌عنوان یک متغیر وابسته تحت تأثیر شرایط گوناگونی مانند ارادة سازمانی، تدوین برنامة استراتژیک مدیریت دانش، تشویق و انگیزش کارکنان، عوامل فردی، عوامل سازمانی، بسترهای اجرایی و بسترهای نرم‌افزاری قرار دارد.
