چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی باورهای فراشناختی و خودنظم‌دهی ورزشی بر موفقیت ورزشی دانشجویان ورزشکار خبره، ماهر و مبتدی بود. به منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه‌های جمعیت‌شناختی، خودنظم‌دهی ورزشی، سنجش باورهای فراشناختی و پرسش‌نامة موفقیت ورزشی استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیره استفاده شد. نتایج ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد بین موفقیت ورزشی با خودتنظیمی ورزشی (27/0=r) و باورهای فراشناختی (83/0=r) برای ورزشکاران خبره رابطة مثبت و معنا‌داری وجود دارد (05/0 P<). برای ورزشکاران ماهر و مبتدی، به ترتیب، همبستگی بین موفقیت ورزشی با باورهای فراشناختی، برابر با 84/0=r و 73/0=r و در سطح 05/P< معنا‌دار بود. ضرایب تأثیر متغیر باورهای فراشناختی و خودتنظیمی ورزشی نشان می‌دهد متغیرهای باورهای فراشناختی و خودتنظیمی ورزشی می‌توانند به‌طور معنا‌داری موفقیت ورزشی در ورزشکاران خبره و ماهر را پیش‌بینی کنند اما قادر به پیش بینی موفقیت ورزشی در ورزشکاران مبتدی نمی باشند. بنابراین، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت افزایش باورهای فراشناختی و خودنظم‌دهی ورزشی، باعث افزایش موفقیت ورزشی در ورزشکاران نخبه و ماهر می‌شود. اما متغیر خودتنظیمی ورزشی در ورزشکاران مبتدی قادر به پیش‌بینی موفقیت ورزشی نیست.
