چکیده

 پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش تعاملی مشارکت ورزشی و ویژگی شخصیتی کمال‌گرایی بر تحول روانی ـ اجتماعی دختران نوجوان شهر تهران انجام شد. بدین‌منظور 75 دانش‌آموز دختر نوجوان فعال که به طور منظم در فعالیت‌های بدنی شرکت داشتند و 80 دانش‌آموز نوجوان غیرفعالی که در این فعالیت‌ها هیچ‌گونه مشارکتی نداشتند، از مدارس و باشگاه‌های ورزشی شهر تهران به صورت نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش پرسشنامة کمال‌گرایی و پرسشنامة تحول روانی ـ اجتماعی هاولی (MPD) بود. از روش‌های آمار توصیفی نظیر میانگین و انحراف معیار و آمار استنباطی نظیر تی‌مستقل و تحلیل واریانس عاملی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اس‌پی‌اس‌اس نسخة 15 برای تحلیل آماری یافته‌ها استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین ویژگی شخصیتی کمال‌گرایی و تحول روانی ـ اجتماعی در دختران فعال و غیرفعال تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد و دختران فعال با کمال‌گرایی مثبت، تحول روانی ـ اجتماعی بیشتری نسبت به دختران غیرفعال با کمال‌گرایی منفی داشتند. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر می‌توان این‌گونه استنباط کرد که تقویت مؤلفه‌های شخصیتی از طریق مشارکت ورزشی در دوران نوجوانی منجر به افزایش تحول روانی ـ اجتماعی و احساس کسب هویت در نوجوانان می‌شود.
