چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی نقش میانجی‏ خودکارآمدی در رابطة بین محیط ادراک‌شده و حمایت اجتماعی با مشارکت در فعالیت بدنی دانشجویانبود. روش پژوهش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و مبتنی بر مدل معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعة آماری این پژوهش را دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم و تحقیقات تهران تشکیل دادند. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان تعیین (283= n) و دانشجویان به ‌صورت تصادفی ـ طبقه‌ای گزینش شدند.جمع‏ آوری داده ‏ها از طریق پرسشنامه‏ های اطلاعات فردی، مشارکت در فعالیت‏بدنی، محیط ادراک‌شده، حمایت اجتماعی و خودکارآمدی به ترتیب با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 83/0، 83/0، 80/0 و 86/0 انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی و مبتنی بر مدل معادلات ساختاری بود. در تجزیة داده ‏ها از نرم‏ افزار اس.پی.اس.اس و پی.ال.اس استفاده شد.نتایج نشان داد که رابطة مثبت و معناداری بین محیط ادراک‌شده، حمایت اجتماعی و خودکارآمدی با مشارکت در فعالیت بدنی وجود دارد. الگوی پژوهش از برازش لازم برخوردار بود و خودکارآمدی نقش میانجی‏ در رابطة بین محیط ادراک‌شده و حمایت اجتماعی با مشارکت در فعالیت بدنی ایفا کرد. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، این متغیرها از جمله عواملی بودند که توانستند مشارکت دانشجویان را در فعالیت بدنی افزایش دهند. بنابراین با توجه به یافته‏ های پژوهش پیشنهاد می‏شود شرایط محیطی مساعد هم از نظر کمی و هم از نظر کیفی، حمایت عاطفی، حمایت ابزاری، حمایت اطلاعاتی و حمایت ارزیابی فراهم آید تا بدین طریق بتوان میزان مشارکت دانشجویان را در فعالیت‏ های بدنی افزایش داد.
