The purpose of this research was to determine of relationship between the role of significant others and adolescents' participation in physical activity and sport and presenting the model. The research method was descriptive in the type of correlational. The statistical population of research was the adolescents of 12 to 18-year- old of Zarinshahr. Using Krejcie and Morgan Table 381 person were selected by Stratified random sampling. The research tool was international physical activity questionnaire and researcher made questionnaire of the role of significant others. The validity of international physical activity questionnaire was approved in internal and external researches. The validity of significant others questionnaire was confirmed by exact investigation of research literature and by considering of professors and experts opinion (10 person). The questionnaire’s construct validity also, using appropriate statistical methods was approved. The reliability of questionnaires was investigated in a pilot study through Cronbach's alpha and reliability coefficient of international physical activity questionnaire .92 and significant others roles questionnaire .94 was calculated. To analyze the data, the methods of descriptive and inferential statistics were used. The results showed that there was a relationship between the role of significant others and physical activity level and adolescents' participation in sport. Also, the supporter role of parents, role model of peer and coaction role of teachers had the highest correlation with the level of physical activity, and encourager role of parents, role model of peer and coaction of teachers had the highest correlation with adolescence’s participation in sport. Finally, the results of research model testing showed teachers had the greatest impact on adolescents' participation in physical activity and sport, and after that were peers and parents.

The purpose of present study was to study the effect of organizational culture on professional ethics and job performance of physical education and sport sciences faculty members. This research according to the aim was applicable, according to the data collection was in field, and according to the kind was practical that was constructed based on structural equation modeling in Lisrel software. Society were all physical education and sport sciences faculty members (N=709) and sample number was determined by krejcie and morgan table equal to 256. For evaluation of organizational culture variable, Denison standard questionnaire (2000) including 12 elements and 60 questions, for evaluation of job performance variable, the standard questionnaire by Alirezae et al, (2013) including 2 elements and 23 questions and for evaluating professional ethics variable, the standard questionnaire by Cadozier and Brown (2004) including 8 elements and 16 questions were used. Validity of questionnaires, face and content, were approved by sport management professors and Cronbach’s alpha equal to 0.85 for organizational culture questionnaire, 0.81 for professional ethics questionnaire and 0.80 for job performance questionnaire show a desirable reliability of research instrument. Considering the final proposed structural model, organizational culture is significantly effective on professional ethics, coefficient of 1.13, and on job performance, coefficient of 0.96. Moreover, professional ethic has a significant effect on job performance of sport and physical training faculty members, coefficient of 0.87. Therefore, job performance of physical education and sport sciences faculty members can be improved by increasing organizational culture and professional ethics variables of them.

One of the sport clubs’ programs have been engage in charitable activities that had certain social functions in society. So, the purpose of this article was to investigate the role of the charity activities of football clubs on fans team and organizational identification and to investigate the purchase intentions. The aim of this research was applicable and the method was correlation type. The statistical population of the study was the students of University of Kurdistan and the Medical Sciences in Sanandaj City. 250 people who gave positive reply to the question “whether they support their favorite team” were chosen as statistical sample for analysis. The research instrument included a questionnaire based on Lee's research (2009) with the dimensions of team identification, organizational identification, and purchase intention, as well as a researcher-made questionnaire using charitable activities contained on official club sites. Cronbach's alpha and factor analysis were used to evaluate the reliability and credibility of the research instrument. The results showed that charity activities effect on team identification (0.20), organizational identification (0.25) and purchase intentions (0.11). According to the results we are able to say that the football clubs, which help to solve the problems of society, can spread a kind of team and organizational identification among fans. This would enhance the sense of philanthropy in society and the future of the sport clubs.

peer leaderships on team identification and efficacy of handball players of Iran universities and higher education institutions. The population of this study consisted all players of teams who participated in the national handball tournament of universities and higher education institutions boy students (140 persons), that among them 107 persons selected by available sampling method. After determining validity and reliability, in order to data gathering use of leadership in sport (Chelladurai and Saleh, 1980), team identification (Fransen et al, 2015) and team efficacy (Feltz and Lirgg, 1998) questionnaires. Findings indicated that positive feedback style of peer leaders has a direct and significant effect on team efficacy of players and training style of them has a negative and significant effect on the team identification. Also, the team identification has a positive and significant on the team efficacy. Finally, peer leaders’ training style showed an indirect, significant and negative effect (mediated by team identification) on the team efficacy. According to the findings, suggested to the teams' officials identify peer leaders within their teams and aware them of their behavior effective role in creating of team identification and efficacy among team members.

The purpose of this study was explaining of commitment model to women participation of Mazandaran province in sport for all. This research is descriptive-correlation analysis based on structural equation modeling (SEM). The population consisted organized women's sport Mazandaran Province that 500 athletes were selected randomly at three local area West, Central and East provinces and questionnaires were distributed among them, which finally 400 questionnaires were selected for statistical analysis. In order to analyze the data, is used the partial least squares models and Smart PLS software. Path analysis results showed there was no significant impact between motivations of participating on a commitment to partnership. Also, results showed there was the negative impact between barriers to participation on the commitment to partnership and there is a positive and significant impact between consequences of participation on the commitment to contribute. In general, the results showed there was significant impact the barriers and the consequence of participation on the commitment to participation and motivate of participation there was no significant effect on commitment. According to the results obtained in this study recommended to officials and sports administrators Mazandaran than informing women of the benefits of exercise and participation in that, and also to eliminate barriers to women's participation in sports take appropriate measures and appropriate.

Assessment of Coaches’ Knowledge from Their Legal Duties toward Athletes

Participation in sporting activities, regardless of many benefits, associated with various risks and injuries, which coaches in this regard have the greatest potential for imposing legal liabilities toward injured athletes. This study aimed to measure the knowledge of coaches in various sport fields in Isfahan from their legal duties toward athletes. A quantitative (survey_descriptive) and qualitative (content analyzing) methods employed for analyzing the data gained from instruments. 285 coaches from various sport fields selected with stratify random sampling method and answered to a questionnaire includes 48 questions, in the form of 7 dimensions. Furthermore, 35 coaches from all of the selected sports selected by purposive sampling method, and participated in a semi-structural interview. The results indicated that coaches have sufficient knowledge in none of dimensions of legal duties. Also, gender as well as level of coaching certification have no effect on their knowledge. The coaching education system with reference of sport federations, sources of knowledge acquisition for coaches, lack of supporting from media, and generally, lack of knowledge and attention of all people involved in sport from the law issues related to sport, could affect the insufficient knowledge of coaches from the mentioned subject.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the service quality in physical education faculty and compare it with other faculties of University of Guilan and determining the effect of it on their reputation. The research method was descriptive- analytical. The study population was included all students of University of Guilan in 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 educational years (3834 students) and with using simple stratified random 460 students were selected as statistical sample. The instruments were reputation questionnaire (Fombrun, 1996) andthe questionnaire of expected and received service quality based on SERVQUAL model (1985). Face and content validity of the questionnaire approved by 15 professors and the reliability of the questionnaire calculated with Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.86 and 0.85 respectively. One-way ANOVA test and Structural equation method was used for analyzing the data. The results showed that although there was no significant difference between the faculties of University of Guilan in service quality, but physical education faculty in reliability was in higher place than any other faculties and in both dimension of responsivenessandassurance was in the lower place. Also, service quality has positive and meaningful effect on reputation of the faculties. It seems to improve the quality of offered services and increase the reputation of the faculties of University of Guilan, especially, the Physical Education faculty, it is necessary that the officials have a especial attention to the quality of teaching and research services of faculty, facilitating and improving the relations of staff and faculty members with students, considering to equipment, facilities and invironments, and creating a sense of trust and confidence in students.

The present study aimed to investigate the of sport participation motivation on academic achievement through the mediation of vitality and freshness of boy students of secondary school in Bonab city. This study is based on objective, Practical research and based on method was Survey - correlational that form scrolling was conducted. The study population consisted of all boy students in secondary schools of Bonab City people. According to Morgan table and stratified random sampling method 338 students were selected as research sample. In this study, three standard questionnaires including sports motivation participation, vitality and happiness and academic achievement were used. The validity and reliability of all questionnaires were confirmed. Kolmogorov-Smirnov and regression by using SPSS software were used. The results showed that there is a significant positive correlation between sports participation motivation and physical and mental happiness (P=0.01، r=0.66). The results showed that among the components of the motivation for sport participation such as success, team-oriented, energy depletion, improvement of skills, making friends, recreation there is a significant correlation with happiness, but the happiness preparedness and situational factors affect students significantly. Also, the results showed that there is a significant relationship between physical and mental happiness and academic achievement (P=0.01، r=0.52). Finally, the sports participation rate of 52 percent ability to predict the mental and physical happiness of students and happiness also a factor of 39 percent is the ability to predict student achievement. Therefore, it is suggested that officials school sports Appropriate to make fields for sporting activities; next to it provide bring happiness and exhilaration, academic achievement and students’ academic success.

This paper aimed to identify and prioritize the influential factors on promotion of sport for all in the dormitories. The research was a survey based, applied research in regard to its method and purpose, respectively. The statistical group consists of students residing in the dormitories of eight southern east national universities of Iran (N=16227), of whom the number of 368 individuals comprise the statistical sample were male and 375 of them were female. Sampling was conducted via the stratified convenience method. The research tool was a questionnaire devised by the authors, for which its validity was evaluated by factor analysis and its reliability with Cronbach’s Alpha of (∝=0.89). For data analysis, the one sample T-test and hierarchical analysis methods were used. The findings indicated that all of the identified factors significantly influenced the promotion of sport for all in the student’s dormitories. Prioritization of the factors conducted through the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy process) method for males were respectively: the structural factor, time, management, individual and cultural and for females were respectively: the structural factor, management, and time, cultural and individual. According to the obtained results of the research, it can be concluded that by planning and concentrating on the influential factors on the promotion of sport for all in student’s dormitories, a proper environment for more enthusiastic attitudes of the students towards sport for all can be achieved.

The present study was done with purpose of codification the development model of knowledge management in ministry of youth and sports. The Research Method of this study was qualitative study based on grounded theory with approach systematic. The statistical population included all managers, advisers and experts of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and faculty informed of the field of knowledge management in this ministry. Purposive sampling used based on Theoretical approach, data collection continued until theoretical saturation and 19 semi-structured interviews were conducted. In order to analyze the data, were used three-step coding, open, axial and selective Strauss and Corbin with using Maxqda software. With the help of software 172 independent primary open-code (concepts) in open coding phase, 32 secondary open-code (sub categories) and finally, based on secondary open codes were created 12 primary categories. The results of this study showed that in order to develop knowledge management in the Ministry of Youth and Sports should be mentioned 12 factors considered as key components, which the relationship between them presented in the final model of the research. In this model, the development of knowledge management with sub categories of level of employee participation in knowledge programs and Knowledge-based organization culture was chosen as the main issue or central phenomenon, that as a dependent variable affected by various conditions such as the will of the organization, KM strategic plan, personnel incentive, individual factors, organizational factors, administrative and software infrastructure.

Development of college sports has an effective role in the development of sports in the country and university students' health. Therefore, the role of universities is important for the development of sports in the country. Recognition of the background and development factors of sports at university results in students' health in addition to promoting the growth of the sport. This study aims to design a pattern for developing sport at Technical and Vocational University. Participants consisted of physical education professors and administrators at universities across the country and we have used Purposeful sampling method. Based on grounded theory approach, data were analyzed after coding. To analyze the data, the MAXQDA software was used. According to the proposed model, the development of participative management, deployment planning and management system, creating concern in the authorities, increasing financial resources, giving priority to the role of sport is affecting the development of sport at the University.

The purpose of this study was designing Strategic to develop inter-school sports Olympiad in Isfahan province for a period of five years. The aim of this study was applied. The population of elites and experts were inter-school sports Olympiad. Using theoretical and snowball sampling methods to achieve theoretical saturation (80) sampling was continued. A combination of qualitative methods opens questionnaire and interviews and quantitative methods yield index and ranking was used to collect and analyze the data. Survey, a questionnaire was open, for collecting the required information from interviews, surveys and meetings were strategic. To analyze the information required in the quantitative part of the evaluation matrix and strategic position (SPACE) and quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) and in the quality of logical induction method was used. The results showed that the inter-school sports Olympiads has had eight major goal, while inter-school sports Olympiads strategies based on the evaluation matrix position and action strategy was conservative position, the synergy and interaction with the organization of sports-related schools as a strategy priority should be considered, manages the program compiled now can goals exercise to go sign the agreement in order to realize the vision is intended to provide.
