آسیبشناسی انجمنهای ورزشی اداره کل تربیتبدنی وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری
هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، آسیبشناسی انجمنهای ورزشی اداره کل تربیتبدنی وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری بود. این مطالعه از نوع پژوهشهای کیفی با رویکرد قراردادی است و برای جمعآوری دادههای آن از روش مصاحبة نیمهساختاریافته استفاده شده است. برای تعیین طرح پژوهش، انتخاب شرکتکنندگان و جمعآوری دادهها، منظمسازی دادهها، تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها و نظریهپردازی و مقایسه با ادبیات تحقیق، از روش گراندد تئوری استفاده شد. روش نمونهگیری پژوهش حاضر از نوع زنجیرهای یا گلوله برفی است که با توجه به اشباع نظری دادهها تعداد (38=n)نفر تعیین گردید. نمونة آماری را همة مدیرکلهای قبلی و مدیرکل فعلی اداره کل تربیتبدنی، تمام کارشناسان فعلی اداره کل تربیتبدنی و مسئولان انجمنهای ورزشی تشکیل دادند.با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده از مصاحبه، 64 نشان در بخش کدگذاری باز، شناسایی شد. سپس در بخش کدگذاری محوری، چهارده مؤلفه طبقهبندی شد که عبارتند از: استقلال انجمنهای ورزشی، ساختار سازمانی، آموزش و پژوهش، بودجهبندی، نیروی انسانی، امکانات و تجهیزات، علاقهمندی دانشجویان به ورزش، برنامهریزی سالانة انجمنها، منطقهبندی دانشگاهها، ورزش دانشگاهی، تعاملات سازمانی و آییننامهها، شرایط احراز مسئولیت، انتظارات از انجمنهای ورزشی و نظارت و کنترل. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، مهمترین مؤلفهای که میتواند هسته و مرکز همة مؤلفهها قرار گیرد و بر اساس آن میتوان نظریة کلی صادر کرد، مؤلفة استقلال انجمنهای ورزشی است. سپس در بخش کدگذاری انتخابی، با توجه به مؤلفة شناساییشده، «تثبیت جایگاه و مرجع قرار دادنِ انجمنهای ورزشی در توسعه و پیشرفت رشتههای ورزشیِ مربوط در ورزش دانشگاههای دولتی ایران» بهعنوان نظریة کلیِ پیشنهادی تعیین گردید. در نهایت، پیشنهاد میشود انجمن ورزش دانشجویی با حفظ استقلال، زیر نظر اداره کل تربیتبدنی وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری و هماهنگ با فدراسیون ورزشهای دانشجویی، به ادامة حیات سازمانی و فعالیت خود بپردازد.

بررسی نقش آمیختة بازاریابی بر رفتار خرید استادان مدیریت ورزشی
یکی از جنبههای مشترک همة انسانها ـ صرفنظر از میزان تحصیلات، سطح درآمد، محل سکونت و غیره ـ این است که همة آنها مصرفکننده هستند. نکتة کلیدیِ موفقیتِ استراتژیِ بازاریابی، هم از منظر محلی و هم از حیث جهانی، درک رفتار مصرفکننده است. بنابراین، هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی نقش آمیختة بازاریابی بر رفتار مصرفکنندة ورزشی بود. تحقیق حاضر توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعة آماری این پژوهش را همة اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاههای کشور با گرایش مدیریت ورزشی تشکیل میدهند. روش نمونهگیری تصادفی بود. حجم نمونة پژوهش در بازة 84 تا 154 نفر تعیین شد. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها پرسشنامة محققساخته بود که از 38 سؤال تشکیل شده بود. روایی پرسشنامه به لحاظ محتوایی و سازهای تأیید شد. همچنین پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، مقدار 87/0 گزارش شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از مدل معادلات ساختاری و فرایند تحلیل سلسلهمراتبی استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد مؤلفههای آمیختة بازاریابی، نقش مثبت و معناداری بر رفتار مصرفکنندة ورزشی دارند. همچنین، نتایج اولویتبندی مؤلفههای آمیختة بازایابی نشان داد که «محصول» با وزن نسبی 281/0 مهمترین مؤلفه است و بعد از آن به ترتیب کیفیت خدمات (221/0)، قیمت (175/0)، مجاری توزیع (108/0)، ترویج و تبلیغات (108/0) و شخصیت برند (108/0) قرار دارند. در این پژوهش مشخص شد شرکتها برای کسب مزیت رقابتی باید توجه زیادی به مشتریان و رفع نیازهای آنها (بهتر از رقبا) داشته باشند. از طرفی، مشتریان در خرید محصولات، گرایشهای مختلفی دارند که باید در تنظیم استراتزیهای بازاریابی به آنها توجه شود.

بررسی مقایسهای عوامل مؤثر بر نهادینهسازی ورزش در بین دانشجویان (مطالعة موردی: دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد)
هدف این پژوهش بررسی مقایسهای عوامل مؤثر بر نهادینهسازی ورزش در بین دانشجویان بود. این پژوهش از نوع پژوهشهای توصیفی ـ پیمایشی است که به صورت میدانی انجام شده است. به منظور دستیابی به هدف اصلی پژوهش، همة دانشجویان دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد بهعنوان جامعة آماری در نظر گرفته شدند که تعداد آنها 24078 نفر بود. بر اساس فرمول کوکران و با در نظر گرفتن خطای 05/0=α، 380 نفر بهعنوان نمونة پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامة جامی الاحمدی (1393) بود که از پنج عامل اقتصادی، اجتماعی ـ فرهنگی، مدیریتی، زیرساختها و اماکن ورزشی و انگیزانندهها تشکیل شده است. روایی محتوایی و صوری پرسشنامه را صاحبنظران تأیید کردند و همچنین متوسط پایایی درونی برای پنج عامل پرسشنامه 812/0 محاسبه شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روشهای آمار توصیفی (شامل درصد، میانگین، انحراف استاندارد و منحنی احتمال نرمال) و آمار استنباطی (شامل آزمون استودنت تکنمونهای، تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر، آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی) استفاده شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که از دیدگاه دانشجویان هر پنج عامل اقتصادی، اجتماعی ـ فرهنگی، مدیریتی، زیرساختها و اماکن ورزشی و انگیزانندهها میتوانند بر نهادینهسازی ورزش در بین دانشجویان مؤثر باشند. از این روی، لازم است مسئولان به این موضوعات توجه کافی داشته باشند.

سبک زندگی ورزشکاران نخبة ایرانی (ارائة یک نظریة دادهبنیاد)
امروزه سبک زندگی ورزشکاران نخبه در مرکز توجه همگان قرار دارد. این پژوهش کیفی با هدف بازتولید مفهوم سبک زندگی ورزشکاران نخبة ایرانی با استفاده از رویکرد گلیزری نظریة دادهبنیاد انجام شده است. رویکرد گلیزری به دنبال کشف نگرانی عمدة مشارکتکنندگان و فرایند اجتماعی پایه جهت حل آن است. برای این منظور 19 نفر از خبرگان آشنا با حوزة سبک زندگی ورزشکاران ایرانی بهصورت هدفمند و گلوله برفی برای مصاحبههای عمیق ساختارنیافته انتخاب شدند و دادهها بهصورت همزمان با استفاده از مجموعهای از کدگذاریهای باز، نظری، انتخابی و یادنوشتنگاری تحلیل شدند. چهار تن از مشارکتکنندگان با تأیید یافتههای پژوهش، روایی و پایایی آن را ارزیابی کردند. نتایج نشان داد مهمترین نگرانیهای مشارکتکنندگان عبارت بود از رعایتنشدن اصول حرفهای در زندگیِ ورزشکاران ایرانی، مقولة محوری پژوهش (یعنی تفکر حرفهای) و فرایند اجتماعی پایة پژوهش (یعنی حرکت به سمت حرفهایگرایی). شایستگیهای عاطفی، چشمانداز زندگی، سواد مالی، مسئولیتپذیری، مصرف، گذران اوقات فراغت، مسائل شخصی و رفتارهای مذهبی نیز بهعنوان دیگر مقولات سبک زندگی تعیین شدند که تحت تأثیر تفکر حرفهای قرار میگیرند. مقولات فرایند اجتماعی پایه نیز در سه سطح کلان، متوسط و خرد طبقهبندی شدند که میتوانند در طول زمان نگرانی مشارکتکنندگان را حل کنند. به طور کلی سبک زندگی ورزشکار نخبه، راهنمای کنش او در مسائل ورزشی و غیرورزشی زندگی است. یافتههای پژوهش میتواند برای بررسی ابعاد مختلف سبک زندگی ورزشکاران نخبه از عوامل مؤثر تا مؤلفههای عینی سبک زندگی به کار برده شود.

ارزیابی ادراکات و انتظارات مشتریان از کیفیت خدمات اماکن ورزشی دانشگاه با استفاده از مدل سروکوال (مطالعة موردی: دانشگاه شهید مدنی آذربایجان)
تحلیل کیفیت خدمات، مدیریت سازمان را قادر میسازد ضمن جلوگیری از کاهش کیفیت، منابع محدود مالی را به حوزههایی اختصاص دهد که اهمیت بیشتری دارند؛ از این رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی کیفیت خدمات ارائهشده در اماکن ورزشی دانشگاه شهید مدنی آذربایجان با استفاده از مدل سروکوال بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی بود که 327 نفر از کاربران اماکن ورزشی دانشگاه شهید مدنی آذربایجان (دانشجویان، کارکنان و استادان) بهعنوان نمونه در آن شرکت کردند. دادههای پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامة 22گویهای سروکوال جمعآوری شد که پنج بعد کیفیت خدمات (عناصر عینی، قابلیت اعتماد، پاسخگویی، تضمین و همدلی) را در دو بخش ادراکات و انتظارات میسنجد. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای ویلکاکسون و فریدمن نشان داد که در بخش ادراکات (وضعیت موجود)، بعد تضمین (38/59±1/4) بهترین وضعیت را دارد. بعدهای پاسخگویی، قابلیت اعتماد، همدلی و عناصر عینی نیز به ترتیب در ردههای بعدی قرار گرفتند. در بخش انتظارات (وضعیت مطلوب) نیز بعد تضمین (98/15±0/6) در ردة اول تأکید پاسخدهندگان بود. پس از آن نیز به ترتیب بعدهای همدلی، پاسخگویی، قابلیت اعتماد و عناصر عینی مورد تأکید قرار گرفتند. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که در همة ابعاد کیفیت خدمات در اماکن ورزشی این دانشگاه شکاف منفی کیفیت وجود دارد (05/0>P). بیشترین شکاف منفی کیفیت مربوط به بعد همدلی (00/2-) و کمترین آن مربوط به بعد تضمین (88/1-) بود. به نظر میرسد شکاف منفی در تمام ابعاد کیفیت بیانگر وجود مسئله در کیفیت ارائة خدمات اماکن ورزشی دانشگاه مورد مطالعه باشد. این امر، در راستای رفع موانع و بهبود کیفیت خدمات، ضرورت توجه به آن را ناگزیر میسازد. بهبود نقاط ضعف شناساییشده در این پژوهش میتواند رضایتمندی کاربران، بازگشت مجدد و در نهایت افزایش مشارکت ورزشی آنها را به دنبال داشته باشد.

فرایندهای تغییر رفتار تمرینی در دانشجویان: شناختی یا رفتاری؟
پژوهش حاضر بر اساس مدل مشهور فرانظری تغییر رفتار (پروچسکا و همکاران، 1983) به بررسی فرایندهای تغییر رفتار تمرینی در دانشجویان پرداخته است. 292 دانشجو (144 پسر و 148 دختر) به صورت خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. برای ارزیابی مراحل تغییر رفتار از مقیاس مراحل تغییر رفتار کاردینال (1997) و برای بررسی فرایندهای تغییر از پرسشنامة نیگ و همکاران (1999) استفاده شد. به منظور تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای تحلیل واریانس یکسویه و تحلیل تابع تشخیصی چندگانه استفاده شد. ننایج نشان داد در فرایندهای رفتاری (نه شناختی) بین مراحل تغییر رفتار تمرینی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (0.05<P). برای فرایندهای رفتاری در متغیرهای کنترل محرک، ارتباطات کمکی و شرطیسازی متقابل، بین مراحل مختلف تغییر رفتار تمرینی تفاوت معناداری مشاهده شد. نتایج نشان داد که فرایندهای رفتاری، پیشبینیکنندة معنادار عضویت افراد در مراحل تغییر رفتار تمرینی هستند. نتایج این پژوهش بر نقش بااهمیت حساسیتهای محیطی نسبت به فعالیتبدنی فرد، وجود جایگزینهای رفتاری مطلوب و ایجاد محیطی با محرکهای تمرینی بسیار تأکید میکند.
