تدوین مدل نقش دیگران مهم و مشارکت نوجوانان در فعالیت بدنی و ورزش
هدف این پژوهش، تعیین رابطۀ بین نقش دیگرانِ مهم و مشارکت در فعالیت بدنی و ورزش نوجوانان و ارائة مدل بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﺔ آﻣﺎری ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ را ﻧﻮﺟﻮاﻧﺎن 12 تا 18ﺳﺎﻟﺔ ﺷﻬﺮستان زرینشهر تشکیل دادهاند. طبق جدول کرجسی و مورگان تعداد 381 نفر بهعنوان نمونة پژوهش به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامة بینالمللی فعالیت بدنی و پرسشنامة محققساختة نقش دیگرانِ مهم بود. روایی پرسشنامة بینالمللی فعالیت بدنی در پژوهشهای مختلف داخلی و خارجی تأیید گردیده است. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامة دیگرانِ مهم نیز با بررسی دقیق متون و مبانی نظری پژوهش و نظر استادان و متخصصان در این زمینه تأیید گردید (10 نفر). همچنین روایی سازة پرسشنامه با کاربرد روشهای مناسب آماری تأیید شد. پایایی پرسشنامهها در یک مطالعة مقدماتی از طریق آلفای کرونباخ بررسی شد و ضریب پایایی پرسشنامة فعالیت بدنی 92/0 و پایایی پرسشنامة نقش دیگرانِ مهم 94/0 محاسبه گردید. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از روشهای آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد بین نقش دیگرانِ مهم و سطح فعالیت بدنی و مشارکت در ورزش نوجوانان، رابطه وجود دارد. همچنین، نقش حامی والدین، نقش الگوی دوستان و نقش همکنش معلمان، بیشترین همبستگی را با سطح فعالیت بدنی نوجوانان و نقش مشوق والدین، الگوی دوستان و همکنش معلمان، بیشترین همبستگی را با مشارکت در ورزش نوجوانان داشت. درنهایت، نتایج آزمون مدل پژوهش نشان داد معلمان بیشترین تأثیر را در مشارکت نوجوانان در فعالیت بدنی و ورزش دارند و بعد از آن، بهترتیب دوستان و همسالان و والدین قرار داشتند.

اثر فرهنگ سازمانی بر اخلاق حرفهای و عملکرد شغلی اعضای هیئت علمی تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر فرهنگ سازمانی بر اخلاق حرفهای و عملکرد شغلی اعضای هیئت علمی رشتة تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی بود. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی، به لحاظ نحوة جمعآوری دادهها، میدانی و به لحاظ نوع، علّی بود که مبنای آن بر اساس مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری در محیط لیزرل بنا شد. جامعة آماری را همة اعضای هیئت علمی کشور در رشتة تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی (709N=) تشکیل دادند که حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان برابر با 256 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. برای سنجش متغیر فرهنگ سازمانی از پرسشنامة استاندارد دنیسون (2000) شامل 12 مؤلفه و 60 سؤال، برای سنجش متغیر عملکرد شغلی از پرسشنامة استاندارد علیرضایی و همکاران (2013) شامل دو مؤلفه و 23 سؤال، و برای سنجش متغیر اخلاق حرفهای از پرسشنامة استاندارد 16سؤالی کادوزیر و براون(2004) شامل هشت مؤلفه استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامهها را به لحاظ صوری و محتوایی، استادان مدیریت ورزشی تأیید کردند و آلفای کرونباخ معادل 0/85 برای پرسشنامة فرهنگ سازمانی، 0/81 برای پرسشنامة اخلاق حرفهای و 0/80 برای پرسشنامة عملکرد شغلی، نشان از پایایی مطلوب ابزار تحقیق داشت. با توجه به مدل ساختاری ارائهشدة نهایی، فرهنگ سازمانی با ضریب 1/31 بر روی اخلاق حرفهای و با ضریب 0/96 بر روی عملکرد شغلی بهطور معنادار اثرگذار است. همچنین اخلاق حرفهای با ضریب 0/87 بهطور معنادار بر عملکرد شغلی اعضای هیئت علمی رشتة تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی اثرگذار است. بنابراین میتوان با ارتقای متغیرهای فرهنگ سازمانی و اخلاق حرفهای در اعضای هیئت علمیِ تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی، عملکرد شغلی آنها را بهبود بخشید.

همواره یکی از برنامههای باشگاههای ورزشی، پرداختن به فعالیتهای خیرخواهانه بوده است؛ بهطوریکه کارکردهای اجتماعی خاصی در میان جامعه به همراه داشتهاند. ازاینرو، هدف اصلی این پژوهش، نقش فعالیتهای خیرخواهانه بر همهویتی تیمی و سازمانی و قصد خرید هواداران باشگاههای فوتبال بود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی همبستگی بود. جامعة آماری شامل دانشجویان دانشگاههای کردستان و علوم پزشکی شهر سنندج بودند. تعداد 250 نفر که نسبت به طرفداری از تیم مورد علاقة خود پاسخ مثبت داده بودند، بهعنوان نمونه آماری و به روش تصادفی برای تحلیل آماری در نظر گرفته شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامهای برگرفته از پژوهش لی (2009) با ابعاد همهویتی تیمی، سازمانی و قصد خرید، و همچنین پرسشنامۀ محقق ساخته فعالیتهای خیرخواهانه با استفاده از فعالیتهای خیرخواهانة مندرج در سایتهای رسمی باشگاهها بود. برای بررسی پایایی و روایی ابزار پژوهش، از آلفای کرونباخ و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که فعالیتهای خیرخواهانه بر همهویتی تیمی (20/0)، همهویتی سازمانی (25/0) و قصد خرید (11/0) تأثیر دارند. مطابق با نتایج میتوان گفت باشگاههایی که به رفع مشکلات جامعه کمک میکنند، نوعی از هویت تیمی و سازمانی را در بین هواداران ترویج میدهند که منجر به مشارکت گروهی و خرید محصولات ورزشی باشگاه میشود. این اقدامات موجب افزایش حس انساندوستانه در جامعه و تأثیرگذاری در آیندة باشگاهها میگردد.

تأثیر سبک رهبری رهبران همسطح بر هویت و کارآمدی تیمی بازیکنان هندبال
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر سبک رهبری رهبران همسطح بر هویت و کارآمدی تیمی بازیکنان هندبال دانشگاه ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی کشور بود. جامعة آماری این پژوهش را همة بازیکنان تیم های شرکتکننده در مسابقات هندبال دانشجویان پسر دانشگاه ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالی کشور تشکیل دادند (140 نفر) که از بین آنها107 نفر به روش دردسترس بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها پس از تأیید روایی و پایایی، از پرسشنامه های رهبری در ورزش (چلادورای و صالح، 1980)، هویت تیمی (فرانسن و همکاران، 2015) و کارآمدی تیمی (فلتز و لیرگ، 1998) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد سبک بازخورد مثبت رهبران همسطح بر کارآمدی تیمی بازیکنان، تأثیر مثبت و سبک آموزش و تمرین آنها بر هویت تیمی بازیکنان، تأثیر منفی و معناداری دارد. همچنین، هویت تیمی بر کارآمدی تیمی تأثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد. در نهایت، سبک آموزش رهبران همسطح بهطور غیرمستقیم (بهواسطة هویت تیمی) بر کارآمدی تیمی تأثیر منفی و معنادار نشان داد. باتوجه به یافته های پژوهش، به مسئولان تیمها پیشنهاد میشود رهبران همسطحِ درونِ تیمهای خود را شناسایی کنند و آنها را از نقش مؤثر رفتارشان در ایجاد هویت و کارآمدی تیمی در بین اعضای تیم مطلع سازند.

تبیین الگوی تعهد به مشارکت بانوان استان مازندران در ورزش همگانی
هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبیین الگوی تعهد به مشارکت بانوان استان مازندران در ورزش همگانی بوده است. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی ـ همبستگی و مبتنی بر مدل معادلات ساختاری (SEM) بوده است. جامعة آماری را بانوان سازمانیافتة ورزش همگانی استان مازندران تشکیل دادند که 500 نفر بهصورت تصادفی خوشهای در سه منطقة غرب، مرکز و شرق استان انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه بین آنها توزیع شد که در نهایت تعداد 400 پرسشنامه برای تجزیهوتحلیل آماری انتخاب شد. به منظور تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها، از مدل حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرمافزار (پی.ال.اس) استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد انگیزة مشارکت تأثیر معناداری بر تعهد به مشارکت ندارد. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد «موانع مشارکت» بر «تعهد به مشارکت» تأثیر منفی و معناداری دارد و «پیامد مشارکت» بر «تعهد به مشارکت» تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. بهطورکلی نتایج نشان داد موانع و پیامد مشارکت بر تعهد به مشارکت تأثیر معنادار دارد. با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده در پژوهش حاضر به مسئولان و متولیان ورزش استان مازندران توصیه میشود علاوه بر آگاهسازی بانوان استان از فواید ورزش و مشارکت در آن، در رفع موانع موجود در مسیرِ مشارکت بانوان در ورزش نیز همت بگمارند.

بررسی دانش مربیان ورزشی از وظایف قانونی خود در قبال ورزشکاران
مشارکت در فعالیتهای ورزشی علیرغم فواید بسیار، همواره با خطرات مختلفی نیز همراه است که در این میان مربیان از نظر حقوقی بیشترین پتانسیل را برای قبول مسئولیتهای قانونی در قبال ورزشکاران آسیبدیده دارند. به همین دلیل، پژوهش حاضر با هدف سنجش دانش مربیان رشتههای مختلف ورزشی شهر اصفهان از وظایف قانونی خود در قبال ورزشکارانانجام شده است. در این پژوهش از دو روش کمّی (توصیفی ـ پیمایشی) و کیفی (تحلیل محتوای کیفی) برای تحلیل اطلاعاتِ بهدستآمده از ابزارهای اندازهگیری استفاده شد. به همین منظور، تعداد 285 نفر از مربیان رشتههای مختلف ورزشی با روش تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامهای 48 سؤالی در قالب هفت مؤلفه پاسخ دادند. همچنین 35 نفر از مربیان از تمام رشتههای ورزشی به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و در مصاحبهای نیمهسازمانیافته شرکت کردند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد مربیان دانش مناسبی از هیچیک از حیطههای وظایف قانونی خود ندارند که در این میان، عوامل جنسیت و درجة مربیگری نیز بر دانش آنان تأثیری نداشته است. در این ارتباط، سیستم آموزش مربیان با مرجعیت فدراسیونهای ورزشی، منابع ارتقای دانش مربیان، فقدان حمایت رسانهای و بهصورت کلی دانش اندک و توجه نامناسب جامعة ورزش به مسائل حقوقی مرتبط با ورزش میتواند از جمله عوامل مؤثر بر دانش نامناسب مربیان از این مباحث باشد.

تأثیر کیفیت خدمات بر خوشنامی دانشکده ها و تعیین رتبة دانشکدة تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی (مطالعة موردی: دانشگاه گیلان)
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی کیفیت خدمات دانشکدة تربیت بدنی و مقایسة آن با دیگر دانشکده های دانشگاه گیلان و تأثیر آن بر خوشنامی آنها بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی ـ تحلیلی بود و جامعة آماری پژوهش را تمام دانشجویان دانشگاه گیلان در سال های تحصیلی 93-94 و 94-95 (3834 نفر) تشکیل دادند که با استفاده از نمونه گیریِ نسبتی ـ تصادفی ساده، تعداد 460 نفر بهعنوان نمونة آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، دو پرسشنامة سنجش خوشنامی (فومبران، 1996) و ادراکات و انتظارات مشتری از کیفیت خدمات ارائهشده بر اساس مدل سروکوال (1985) بودند. روایی پرسشنامه ها را 15 نفر از استادان دانشگاه تأیید کردند و اعتبار آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ بهترتیب 0/86 و 0/85 محاسبه شد. از آزمون تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه و معادلات ساختاری برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها استفاده شد. یافته های این مطالعه نشان داد اختلاف معناداری بین دانشکده های دانشگاه گیلان در کیفیت خدمات وجود نداشت، اما دانشکدة تربیت بدنی در بُعد اعتبار، نسبت به دیگر دانشکده ها جایگاه بالاتر و در دو بُعد پاسخگویی و تضمین، جایگاهی پائین تر داشت. همچنین، نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که کیفیت خدمات، اثر مثبت و مؤثری بر خوشنامی دانشکده ها دارد. به نظر می رسد برای بهبود کیفیت خدمات ارائهشده و در نتیجه افزایش خوشنامی دانشکدههای دانشگاه گیلان، بهویژه دانشکدة تربیتبدنی، لازم است تا مسئولان به کیفیت خدمات آموزشی و پژوهشی در دانشکده، تسهیل و بهبود روابط کارکنان و استادان با دانشجویان، توجه به تجهیزات، امکانات و فضاهای دانشکده و ایجاد حس اعتماد و اطمینان در دانشجویان توجه ویژه ای داشته باشند.

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی روابط بین انگیزة مشارکت ورزشی، نشاط و شادابی با پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشآموزان پسر دورة متوسطة اول شهرستان بناب انجام گرفت. این پژوهش بر حسب هدف، کاربردی است و بر اساس روش، توصیفی همبستگی است که بهصورت پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعة آماری این پژوهش، تمام دانشآموزان پسر دورة متوسطة اول شهرستان بناب بودند که 2730 نفر هستند. بر اساس جدول مورگان تعداد 338 نفر بهعنوان نمونة پژوهش و به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش، سه پرسشنامة انگیزة مشارکت ورزشی، نشاط و شادی و پیشرفت تحصیلی با تأیید روایی و پایایی و از آزمون کلموگروف اسمیرنف و رگرسیون با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد همبستگی معناداری بین انگیزة مشارکت ورزشی با شادی و نشاط وجود دارد (01/0=P، 66/0=r) و بین مؤلفههای انگیزة مشارکت ورزشی، همچون موفقیت، گروهگرایی، تخلیة انرژی، بهبود مهارت، دوستیابی، تفریح و سرگرمی هم با شادی و نشاط رابطة معناداری وجود دارد؛ اما آمادگی و نیز عوامل موقعیتی، تأثیر معناداری بر شادی و نشاط دانشآموزان نداشتند ولی بین شادی و نشاط دانشآموزان و پیشرفت تحصیلی آنها ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد(01/0=P، 52/0=r). در نهایت، اینکه مشارکت ورزشی با ضریب 52درصد توانایی پیشبینی شادی و نشاط دانشآموزان را دارد و شادی و نشاط نیز با ضریب 39درصد توانایی پیشبینی پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشآموزان را دارد. بنابراین، پیشنهاد میشود مسئولان ورزش مدارس، زمینههای مناسب را برای فعالیتهای ورزشی ایجاد کنند تا در کنار آن، موجبات شادی و نشاط، پیشرفت تحصیلی و موفقیت درسی دانشآموزان را فراهم آورند.

مقایسة عوامل مؤثر بر توسعة ورزش همگانی در خوابگاه های دانشجویی
هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و اولویتبندی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعة ورزش همگانی در خوابگاههای دانشجویی بود. روش پژوهش پیمایشی و به لحاظ هدف کاربردی بود. جامعة آماری شامل دانشجویان ساکن خوابگاه، در هشت دانشگاه دولتی جنوب شرق کشور بود (16227=N) کهاز این تعداد 368 نفر پسر و 375 نفر دختر، نمونة پژوهش را تشکیل دادند. نمونهگیری بهصورت طبقه ای در دسترس انجام شد. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامة محققساخته ای بود که روایی آن با تحلیل عاملی، و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ (α=0/89) محاسبه شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از آزمون تی تک نمونه و روش تحلیل سلسلهمراتبی استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که همة عوامل تأثیر معناداری بر توسعة ورزش همگانی در خوابگاههای دانشجویان داشتند. اولویتبندی عوامل به روش تحلیل سلسلهمراتبی برای پسران بهترتیب عبارت بودند از: عامل ساختاری، زمان، عوامل مدیریتی، فردی و فرهنگیو برای دختران عبارت بودند از: عامل ساختاری، مدیریتی، زمان، عوامل فرهنگی و فردی. با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش میتوان چنین نتیجه گرفت که با برنامهریزی و تمرکز روی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر توسعة ورزش همگانی در خوابگاههای دانشجویان میتوان شرایطی ایجاد کرد تا دانشجویان با رغبت بیشتری به ورزش همگانی روی آورند.

تدوین الگوی توسعة مدیریت دانش در وزارت ورزش و جوانان با استفاده از نظریة دادهبنیاد
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین الگوی توسعة مدیریت دانش در وزارت ورزش و جوانان انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر، کیفی و مبتنی بر نظریة دادهبنیاد با رویکرد سیستماتیک است. جامعة آماری این پژوهش شامل تمام مدیران، مشاوران و کارشناسان خبرة وزارت ورزش و جوانان و اعضای هیئتعلمی مطلع از حوزة مدیریتِ دانش در این وزارتخانه بود. در این تحقیق از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند مبتنی بر رویکرد نظری استفاده شد، جمعآوری اطلاعات تا اشباع نظری دادهها ادامه یافت و تعداد 19 مصاحبة فردی نیمهساختاریافته انجام گرفت. بهمنظور تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از روش کدگذاری سهمرحلهای باز، محوری و انتخابیِ استراس و کوربین با استفاده از نرمافزار مکس کیودا (MAXQDA 10) استفاده شد. با کمک نرمافزار در مرحلة کدگذاری باز تعداد 172 کد مستقل باز اولیه (مفاهیم)، 32 کد باز ثانویه (مقولههای فرعی) و در نهایت بر اساس کدهای باز ثانویه، 12 مقولة اصلی ایجاد شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد بهمنظور توسعة مدیریت دانش در وزارت ورزش و جوانان، باید 12 عامل یادشده بهعنوان مؤلفههای کلیدی مد نظر قرار گیرند که ارتباط بین آنها در قالب الگوی نهایی پژوهش ارائه شده است. در این الگو، توسعة مدیریت دانش با مقولات فرعیِ سطح مشارکت کارکنان در برنامههای دانشی و فرهنگ سازمانیِ دانشمدار، بهعنوان مقولة اصلی یا پدیدة محوری انتخاب شد که بهعنوان یک متغیر وابسته تحت تأثیر شرایط گوناگونی مانند ارادة سازمانی، تدوین برنامة استراتژیک مدیریت دانش، تشویق و انگیزش کارکنان، عوامل فردی، عوامل سازمانی، بسترهای اجرایی و بسترهای نرمافزاری قرار دارد.

طراحی الگوی پارادایمی ورزش دانشگاه فنیوحرفهای بر اساس نظریة دادهبنیاد
توسعة ورزش دانشگاهی میتواند ضامن سلامتی دانشجویان و یکی از عوامل مؤثر در توسعة ورزش کشور باشد. بر همین اساس، برای تحول در ورزش کشور نقش دانشگاهها مهم است. شناسایی بسترها و عوامل توسعة ورزش در دانشگاهها علاوه بر ارتقای سطح سلامتی دانشجویان، باعث رشد ورزش کشور میشود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی توسعة ورزش در دانشگاه فنیوحرفهای بود و مشارکتکنندگان در پژوهش، استادان و مدیران تربیتبدنیِ دانشگاههای کشور بودند که بر اساس شیوة نمونهگیریِ هدفمند انتخاب شدهاند. بر اساس روش نظریة دادهبنیاد، دادهها پس از کدگذاری تجزیهوتحلیل شدند و برای تحلیل دادههای پژوهش از نرمافزار مکسکیودی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که برای توسعة ورزش دانشگاهی چند عامل علّی دخیلاند که عبارتند از فضا و تجهیزات، مدیریت و برنامهریزی، اعتبارات و فراهمبودن زیرساختهای ورزش همگانی. همچنین مواردی مثل تغییر سبک زندگی، کافینبودن منابع مالی و امکاناتی و نیز پرداختن به امورات روزمره، عوامل مداخلهگر هستند و جذابیت ورزش، حمایت رهبری از ورزش دانشجویی، قدمت، ساختار و نیز گستردگی مراکز دانشگاهی، عوامل زمینهای به حساب میآیند. در نهایت، کاهش آسیبهای اجتماعی، افزایش جمعیت تحت پوشش، افزایش منابع مالی و امکاناتی و همچنین افزایش بهرهوری، پیامدهای مدل توسعة ورزش در دانشگاههای کشور هستند. بر اساس مدل ارائهشده، اموری همچون توسعة مدیریت مشارکتی، استقرار نظام مدیریتی و برنامهریزی، ایجاد دغدغه در مسئولان، افزایش منابع مالی و نیز اولویتبخشیدن به ورزش همگانی، نقش مؤثری بر توسعة ورزش در دانشگاهها دارند.

تدوین مضامین راهبردی المپیادهای ورزشی درونمدرسهای استان اصفهان
هدف این پژوهش تدوین مضامین راهبردی المپیادهای ورزشی درونمدرسهای استان اصفهان در یک دورة زمانی پنجساله بود. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی بود. جامعة آماری خبرگان المپیادهای ورزشی درونمدرسهای بودند و با استفاده از دو روش نمونهگیری نظری و گلولهبرفی تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری (80 نفر) نمونهگیری ادامه پیدا کرد. از ترکیبی از روشهای کیفی و کمّیِ ضریبدهی و رتبهدهی برای گردآوری و تحلیل دادهها استفاده شد. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامة باز بود و برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از روش مصاحبه، نظر سنجی و جلسات شورای راهبردی استفاده شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل اطلاعات مورد نیاز در بخش کمّی از ماتریس ارزیابی موقعیت و اقدام راهبردی (SPACE) و ماتریس برنامهریزی راهبردی کمّی (QSPM) و در بخش کیفی از روش استقرای منطقی استفاده شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که المپیادهای ورزشی درونمدرسهای هشت هدف کلان دارند؛ ضمن اینکه راهبردهای المپیادهای ورزشی درونمدرسهای بر اساس ماتریس ارزیابی موقعیت و اقدام راهبردی در موقعیت محافظهکارانه قرار گرفتند. ازاینرو همافزایی و تعامل با سازمانهای مرتبط با ورزش مدارس بهعنوان استراتژی اولویتدار باید مد نظر قرار گیرد؛ بنابراین، مدیران با استفاده از برنامة تدوینشدة حاضر میتوانند اهداف کلان ورزش را نشانه بروند و شرایط را به منظور تحقق چشماندازِ در نظر گرفتهشده فراهم آورند.
