شناسایی راهبرد مدیریت دانش در وزارت ورزش و جوانان با استفاده از رویکرد پویا
یکی از راههای رسیدن به موفقیت در پیادهسازی مدیریت دانش، داشتن یک راهبرد مناسب، روشن و برنامهریزی شده است؛ اما برای انتخاب راهبرد مناسب، عوامل سازمانی زیادی باید مورد توجه قرار بگیرد و از طرفی وضعیت فرآیندهای خلق و انتشار دانش، تأثیر مستقیمی بر راهبرد انتخابی دارد. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی راهبرد مدیریت دانش با بهرهگیری از رویکرد پویا در وزارت ورزش و جوانان انجام گردید. پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت و روش، توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعۀ آماری شامل دو بخش بود. بخش اول شامل مدیران و مشاوران خبرۀ وزارت ورزش و جوانان آگاه به حوزه مدیریت دانش و بخش دوم شامل معاونین مدیرکل، رؤسای گروه و رؤسای ادارات در این وزارتخانه بود. نمونۀ آماری در بخش اول به شیوۀ هدفمند و در بخش دوم به شیوۀ کلشمار گزینش شد. در اولین گام، محدودۀ کلان راهبرد مدیریت دانش در طیفی از سیستممحور تا انسانمحور مشخص شد. در گام بعدی وضعیت فرآیندهای مدیریت دانش بر اساس مدل نوناکا و تاکوچی ارزیابی گردید و در نهایت راهبرد نهایی، با هدف ایجاد تعادل بین دانش پنهان و آشکار انتخاب شد. از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی شامل آزمون کالموگروف اسمیرنف و تیتکنمونهای جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، راهبرد سیستممحور به عنوان راهبرد اصلی و فرآیندهای درونیسازی و برونیسازی به عنوان فرآیندهای دارای اولویت شناسایی گردید. در نتیجه تمرکز بر راهبردهای مبتنی بر سیستمهای اطلاعاتی با هدف تقویت تبدیل دانش آشکار به پنهان و بالعکس در وزارت ورزش و جوانان، امری ضروری است

مطالعه تطبیقی ورزش مدارس کشورهای فنلاند، دانمارک، آلمان، بریتانیا، ایالات متحده آمریکا و ایران
افزایش فرصتهای فعالیت بدنی در مدارس به عنوان یک اولویت جهانی در بین کودکان و نوجوانان در سنین مدرسه شناخته شده است. از آنجا که وضعیت فعالیت بدنی در برخی از کشورها هنوز به میزان توصیههای سازمان بهداشت جهانی نرسیده است، هدف این پژوهش توجه به نقش مدرسه در ایجاد فرصتهای فعالیت بدنی و ترسیم چارچوبی تطبیقی از موضوعات مرتبط با ورزش مدارس از جمله بررسی کیفیت درس تربیت بدنی (زمان، محتوی و تخصص معلمان)، استراتژیهای ملی کشورها و فوق برنامهها با توجه به چارچوب برنامه جامع فعالیت بدنی مدرسه میباشد. این پژوهش از نوع مطالعات تطبیقی است و با استفاده از روش بردی انجام شده است. کاوش در شیوههای اجرایی بهترین سیستمهای آموزشی دنیا (فنلاند، دانمارک، آلمان، بریتانیا، ایالات متحده) که دارای برنامه جامع در زمینهی فعالیت بدنی در مدرسه بودهاند، نشان میدهد که بسیاری از کشورها ابتکار فعالیتهای بدنی را طراحی و اجرا نمودهاند که درصدد افزایش فرصتهای فعالیت بدنی در دسترس کودکان قبل، حین و بعد از مدرسه میباشد و میتواند کمبود ساعات فعالیت بدنی در درس تربیت بدنی مدارس را نیز جبران نماید.

طراحی چارچوب شایستگی سواد بدنی دانشجویان - رویکرد فراترکیب
هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی چارچوب شایستگیهای سواد بدنی مورد نیاز دانشجویان بود. این پژوهش کیفی با استفاده از روش شش مرحلهای ساندلوسکی و باروسو (2007) انجام شده است. تیم فراترکیب متشکل از سه نفر متخصص برنامهریزی درسی، یک نفر متخصص در حوزه تربیت بدنی و یک نفر متخصص در روش پژوهش فراترکیب بود. 27 منبع پژوهشی مرتبط، مبنای تحلیل قرار گرفت که نتیجه آن استخراج 11 شایستگی سواد بدنی دانشجویان و دستهبندی آنها در سه مضمون اصلی شایستگیهای فردی (توانایی شناختی، توانایی عملی، توانایی عاطفی و مشارکت در فعالیتهای بدنی)، شایستگیهای دانشگاهی (امکانات آموزشی، ویژگیهای اساتید، محیط آموزشی، خانواده و گروه همسالان) و شایستگیهای اجتماعی (بافت فرهنگی جامعه، سیاستها و رسانههای جمعی) است. اعتبار دادهها با استفاده از تکنیکهای اعتبارپذیری، انتقالپذیری و همسوسازی دادهها و اعتمادپذیری به دادهها نیز با هدایت دقیق جریان جمعآوری اطلاعات و همسوسازی پژوهشگران تأیید شد. پژوهش حاضر با ارائه چارچوب شایستگیهای سواد بدنی مورد نیاز دانشجویان، اهمیت و ضرورت آموزش سواد بدنی را در نظام آموزش عالی نشان داده و آن را به عنوان عاملی مهم و ضروری برای مشارکت فعال در جوامع، توسعه و حفظ سلامت معرفی نموده است.

عوامل سوق دهنده، تسریع کننده و بازدارنده مشارکت دانش آموزان در فوق برنامه های تربیت بدنی مدارس
هدف این مقاله تدوین عوامل سوق دهنده، تسریع کننده و بازدارنده مشارکت دانش آموزان در فوق برنامه های تربیت بدنی مدارس بود. پژوهشگر برای این منظور به خبرگان و متخصصان حوزه فوق برنامه و ورزش دانش آموزی مراجعه نمود و از طریق مصاحبه عمیقبه جمع آوری اطلاعات از آنها پرداخت. سپس داده های حاصل از مصاحبه ها، مقالات، مدارک و دستورالعمل های تربیت بدنی آموزش و پرورش، کتب و کلیپ های مرتبط را از طریق تکنیک مثلث سازی، جمع آوری کردند و سپس آنها را به روش تحلیل مضمون، کدگذاری و تجزیه و تحلیل کرد. نتیجه گروه بندی کدها، دو مؤلفه اصلی و هشت زیر مؤلفه بود که دانش آموزان جهت شرکت در فوق برنامه های تربیت بدنی در سطح ورودی با آن مواجه هستند. بر این اساس می توان عنوان کرد که عوامل سوق دهنده و بازدارنده که یکی از مؤلفه های اصلی است شامل؛ دانش آموزان و آموزش دهندگان به همراه محرک ها و بازدارنده ها است که نقش اصلی ایفا می کنند و نیاز به توجه ویژه ای دارند. همچنین تسریع کننده ها که مؤلفه اصلی دیگر است شامل منابع حمایتی و تشویقی، همکاری با ذینفعان، منابع مالی و بستر سیاسی هست که در سرعت بخشیدن به مشارکت ورزشی دانش آموزان جهت ورود به فوق برنامه های مدارس دخیل هستند. این پژوهش میتواند به عنوان ابزار تحلیلی مشارکت ورزشی دانش آموزان در فوق برنامه های مدارس ایران مبنای عمل قرار گیرد تا بهگونه ای منطقی و اصولی به حل مشکلات این حوزه از ورزش دانش آموزی پرداخته شود.

طراحی الگوی توسعه سرمایه انسانی ورزش دانشگاهی کشور
با توجه به مروری بر مدلهای ارائه شده و پیشینه تحقیق تا کنون مدلی جامع در زمینه عوامل مؤثر در توسعه سرمایه انسانی در ورزش دانشگاهی ارائه نشده و نیاز است که این روند در آینده علمیتر رشد کند. لذا تحقیق حاضر با هدف طراحی الگوی توسعه سرمایه انسانی ورزش دانشگاهی کشور، انجام پذیرفت. تحقیق مورد مطالعه به لحاظ هدف و ماهیت از نوع روش تحلیل محتوا است که نوع دادههای آن کیفی است. خبرگان تحقیق 19 نفر از اساتید و مدیران تربیت بدنی که از قهرمانان و مربیان تیمهای ملی در رشتههای مختلف و مدیران اجرایی ورزش دانشگاهی کشور بودند که از طریق نمونهگیری غیرتصادفی به شیوه هدفمند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از مصاحبههای عمیق و نیمه سازمانیافته گردآوری شد. دادهها پس از کدگذاری تحلیل شدند و برای تحلیل دادههای پژوهش از نرم افزار مکس کیودا استفاده شد. نتایج نشان میدهد که عوامل مدل توسعه سرمایه انسانی ورزش دانشگاهی کشور را میتوان در 8 مقوله اصلی و ۱۳۴ مقوله فرعی طبقه بندی نمود. آموزش و یادگیری، مدیریت عملکرد، مدیریت حفظ و نگهداری، کارمندیابی، جبران خدمات، جانشین پروری، عوامل شایستگی و بستر اعتقادی و اخلاقی، به عنوان مضامین اصلی شناساییشده توسعه سرمایه انسانی ورزش دانشگاهی کشور میباشند. لذا برای عملیاتی کردن توسعه سرمایه انسانی ورزش دانشگاهی، باید سرمایه گذاری مطلوبی بر اساس استعدادهای علمی - ورزشی در دانشگاههای کشور انجام پذیرد و بکارگیری قهرمانان ورزشی، میبایست در زمره راهبردهای توسعه سرمایه انسانی دانشگاهها قرار گیرد.

تأثیر طردشدگی در محیط کار بر بینزاکتی سازمانی با نقش میانجی قصد ترک شغل معلمان تربیت بدنی منطقه سیستان
پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر طردشدگی در محیط کار بر بینزاکتی سازمانی با نقش میانجی قصد ترک شغل انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه معلمان تربیت بدنی منطقه سیستان (استان سیستان و بلوچستان) به حجم 256 نفر بود که به شیوه نمونهگیری تصادفی- طبقهای تعداد 154 معلم از طریق سه پرسشنامهی طردشدگی در محیط کار، قصد ترک شغل و بی نزاکتی در محل کار مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل معادلات ساختاری با کمک نرم افزارهای اس پی اس اس (نسخه 21) و لیزرل استفاده شد. بر اساس یافتهها رابطهی مثبت و معناداری بین طردشدگی در محیط کار، بینزاکتی سازمانی و قصد ترک شغل وجود داشت، طردشدگی در محیط کار بر بینزاکتی سازمانی و قصد ترک شغل اثر مستقیم دارد و همچنین اثر میانجیگری قصد ترک شغل در رابطهی بین طردشدگی در محیط کار و بینزاکتی سازمانی مثبت و معنادار بود. بنابراین نتایج مدیران مدارس میتوانند با ایجاد جوّی صمیمی و همدلانه زمینه لازم را برای پذیرش معلمان و به تبع آن کاهش قصد ترک شغل و بی نزاکتی آنان فراهم کنند.

شناسایی ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻰ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ بر مشارکت دانشجویان در فعالیتهای ورزشی تفریحی دانشگاه
اتخاذ تدابیر مناسب برای جذب و مشارکت فعال دانشجویان در ورزشهای تفریحی دانشگاه و تأمین سلامتی و نشاط آنان، مستلزم شناخت عوامل مؤثر در این زمینه است. ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ حاضر شناسایی ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻰ مؤثر بر افزایش مشارکت دانشجویان در ورزشهای تفریحی دانشگاه ﺑﻮد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت دادهها، تحقیق آمیخته ازنوع آمیخته اکتشافی است. در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﺔ ﻛﻴﻔﻰ، ابتدا با روش کتابخانهای اﻃﻼﻋﺎت لازم ﺟﻤﻊآوری شد. سپس با 22 نفر از ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ذیربط، که به روش نمونهگیری غیرتصادفی هدفمند انتخاب شدند، ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﺔ نیمهساختاریافته تا حد رسیدن به اشباع نظری انجام گرفت. در نهایت پرسشنامهای با 5 مؤلفه و 24 گویه تهیه شد. روایی صوری آن توسط خبرگان تأیید گردید. جامعه آماری بخش کمی، مسئولان تربیتبدنی واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی به تعداد 381 نفر بودند. با توجه به شرط حجم نمونه قابل کفایت جهت تحلیل عاملی، تعداد 201 نفر از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند. جهت تحلیل کیفی متغیرهای پژوهش از روش دلفی و برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روشهای آماری تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی، نیکویی برازش، فریدمن و آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد عوامل ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻰ مؤثر بر افزایش مشارکت دانشجویان در ورزشهای تفریحی دانشگاه به ترتیب اولویت شامل پنج مؤلفۀ سازماندهی، امکانات و زیرساخت، منابع مالی، فناوری و رسانه و برنامهریزی هستند. این نتایج میتواند به مسئولان در تدوین راهبردها و سیاستهای ورزش تفریحی دانشگاه کمک نماید.

طراحی الگوی توسعه پایدار ورزش زنان ایران
هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه طراحی الگوی توسعه پایدار در ورزش زنان بود. روش تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات کیفی با رویکرد اکتشافی و سیستماتیک انتخاب شد. جامعه آماری شامل دو بخش جامعه انسانی (مدیران، اساتید، مربیان، و ...) و جامعه اطلاعاتی (کتابها، مقالات، اسناد، رسانهها، و ...) بود. نمونه گیری به تعداد قابل کفایت بر مبنای رسیدن به اشباع نظری به صورت قضاوتی انجام شد (24 نفر و 76 نسخه). ابزار پژوهش شامل مطالعه کتابخانهای و مصاحبههای اکتشافی چارچوبدار بود. روایی ابزار براساس اعتبار حقوقی و علمی نمونه آماری، نظر خبرگان و ضریب توافق بین مصححان کدگذار ارزیابی و تایید گردید. جهت تحلیل دادهها از روش کدگذاری چندمرحلهای استفاده شد. چارچوب پژوهش شناسایی شده در مدل شامل چهار سطح کلی و متوالی؛ اکوسیستم (2 منظر، 5 بُعد و 20 مولفه)، راهبرد (3 منظر، 10 بُعد و 29 مولفه)، عملکرد (3 منظر، 11 بُعد و 43 مولفه) و پیامد (2 منظر و 8 مولفه) بود. ماهیت ارتباط بین متغیرها در مدل براساس روابط علی- معلولی و تحلیل سیستمی مشخص شده است. براساس یافتههای پژوهش میتوان گفت که توسعه پایدار ورزش زنان از تعامل نظامند و برآیند مولفههای در منظرهای شش گانه شکل میگیرد و هدف نهایی دستیابی به توسعه پایدار ورزش زنان جهت ارتقای کارکردهای آن است.

تحلیل عوامل اثرگذار بر مدیریت عملکرد در سازمانهای ورزشی (مطالعه موردی: فدراسیون ورزش دانش آموزی و دفتر تربیت بدنی و فعالیتهای ورزشی)
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی عوامل اثرگذار بر مدیریت عملکرد در سازمانهای ورزشی بود. این پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی و از نظر هدف کاربردی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را رؤسای ادارات تربیتبدنی و فعالیتهای ورزشی استانها در حوزه آموزش و پرورش، معاونین و اعضای دفتر تربیتبدنی و فعالیتهای ورزشی، رؤسای هیاتها، رئیس انجمنهای ورزشی و اعضای فدراسیون ورزش دانشآموزی تشکیل میدادند که نمونه آماری برابر با جامعه آماری در نظر گرفته شد (147 نفر). ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محققساخته براساس مطالعه کتابخانهای و مصاحبههای نیمه هدایتشده بود (4 عامل، 10 بعد، 50 گویه). روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه به وسیله متخصصان (10 نفر)، روایی همگرا با استفاده از میانگین واریانس استخراج شده (بالاتر از 5/0)، روایی واگرا با استفاده از ماتریس فورنل-لارکر، سنجش پایایی درونی با استفاده از ضرایب بارهای عاملی (بالاتر از 4/0)، آلفای کرونباخ (بیشتر از 7/0) و پایایی ترکیبی (بیشتر از 7/0) تأیید شد. جهت آزمون فرضیات از نرمافزار اسمارت پی.ال.اس نسخه 3 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد مدل ارائه شده دارای برازش مناسبی بود. در تحلیل مسیر روابط، عوامل زمینهای، سرمایه دانشی-روانشناختی و مهندسی سازمان به طور مستقیم اثر مثبت و معنیداری بر مدیریت عملکرد سازمانی دارند و هر کدام به ترتیب 26/0، 26/0، 28/0 درصد از تغییرات آن را تبیین میکند. طراحی، اصلاح و تقویت سازوکارهای عوامل اثرگذار بر مدیریت عملکرد در چارچوب مشخص و معین میتواند تضمینکننده و اطمینان بخش تحقق مأموریتها و اهداف سازمانی باشد.

تبیین جایگاه ورزش همگانی در اندیشه رهبر معظم انقلاب با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تبیین جایگاه ورزش همگانی اندیشه رهبر معظم انقلاب (دام ضله) و ارائه این روشنگری به جامعه مدیریت کشور بهمنظور بهکارگیری، ترویج و اجرایی کردن رهنمودهای ایشان در جامعه اسلامی بود. روش پژوهش بر مبنای رویکرد کیفی و با بهرهگیری از روش تحلیل محتوا میباشد. همچنین، بنا به ماهیت اجرای کار، سخنان امام خامنهای (مدظلهالعالی) بهعنوان جامعه آماری معرفی شد. در این تحقیق کلیه سخنان بر اساس مرتبط بودن به مسئله و اهداف پژوهش بهصورت هدفمند انتخابشده است. دادههای موردنیاز پژوهش، از مجموعه بیانات امام خامنهای (مدظلهالعالی) نمایه در پایگاه اینترنتی دفتر حفظ و نشر معظم له به دست آمد. دادههای حاصل با استفاده از نرمافزار مکس گیودا 10 و با روش کدگذاری تحلیل شدند و درنهایت نمودار حاصل با استفاده از نرمافزار مایند مپر 2012 ترسیم گردید. جهت همسو بودن یافتهها و نتایج با اهداف پژوهش، از روایی درونی استفاده شد که این روایی توسط ۲ نفر از اساتید علوم ورزشی تائید و برای تعین پایایی یا تأیید روش تجزیه تحلیل، از ضریب کاپای کوهن استفاده شد که این ضریب ۸/۰ به دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که دادههای حاصل از تجزیه تحلیل بیانات مقام معظم رهبری را میتوان در ۸ مقوله اصلی سلامتی، سازمانی، اجتماعی، راهبردی، معنوی، ولایی، حکومتی و قهرمانی عنوان نمود. ازاینرو، با توجه به جایگاه ولایتفقیه بهعنوان نظریهپرداز انقلاب اسلامی، جا دارد که از منظومهی فکری امام خامنه ای (مدضله العالی) برای تدوین راهبردها و چشم انداز های ورزش همگانی استفاده گردد.
