This study aimed to measure the knowledge of coaches in various sport fields in Isfahan from their legal duties toward athletes. A quantitative (survey_descriptive) and qualitative (content analyzing) methods employed for analyzing the data gained from instruments. 285 coaches from various sport fields selected with stratify random sampling method and answered to a questionnaire includes 48 questions, in the form of 7 dimensions. Furthermore, 35 coaches from all of the selected sports selected by purposive sampling method, and participated in a semi-structural interview. The results indicated that coaches have sufficient knowledge in none of dimensions of legal duties. Also, gender as well as level of coaching certification have no effect on their knowledge. The coaching education system with reference of sport federations, sources of knowledge acquisition for coaches, lack of supporting from media, and generally, lack of knowledge and attention of all people involved in sport from the law issues related to sport, could affect the insufficient knowledge of coaches from the mentioned subject. <strong>مشارکت در فعالیت‌های ورزشی علی‌رغم فواید بسیار، همواره با خطرات مختلفی نیز همراه است که در این میان مربیان از نظر حقوقی بیشترین پتانسیل را برای قبول مسئولیت‌های قانونی در قبال ورزشکاران آسیب‌دیده دارند. </strong><strong>به همین دلیل، </strong><strong>پژوهش حاضر با هدف سنجش دانش مربیان رشته‌های مختلف ورزشی شهر اصفهان از وظایف قانونی خود در قبال ورزشکاران</strong><strong>انجام شده است. در این پژوهش از دو روش کمّی (</strong><strong>توصیفی</strong><strong> </strong><strong>ـ</strong><strong> </strong><strong>پیمایشی</strong><strong>) و کیفی (</strong><strong>تحلیل محتوای کیفی</strong><strong>) برای تحلیل اطلاعاتِ به‌دست‌آمده از ابزار‌های اندازه‌گیری استفاده شد. به همین منظور، تعداد 285 نفر از مربیان رشته‌های مختلف ورزشی با روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند و به پرسش‌نامه‌ای 48 سؤالی در قالب هفت مؤلفه پاسخ دادند. همچنین 35 نفر از مربیان از تمام رشته‌های ورزشی به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و در مصاحبه‌ای نیمه‌سازمان‌یافته شرکت کردند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد مربیان دانش مناسبی از هیچ‌یک از حیطه‌های وظایف قانونی خود ندارند که در این میان، عوامل جنسیت و درجة مربیگری نیز بر دانش آنان تأثیری نداشته است. در این ارتباط، سیستم آموزش مربیان با مرجعیت فدراسیون‌های ورزشی، منابع ارتقای دانش مربیان، فقدان حمایت رسانه‌ای و به‌صورت کلی دانش اندک و توجه </strong><strong>نامناسب </strong><strong>جامعة ورزش به مسائل حقوقی مرتبط با ورزش می‌تواند از جمله عوامل مؤثر بر دانش نامناسب مربیان از این مباحث باشد. </strong> https://res.ssrc.ac.ir/article_1092_6a2feef8ed6a9fe76d6b3f30f02150b4.pdf
