Despite the few years that physical literacy has been introduced and developed globally, physical literacy structures have been different in various sources. Lack of a comprehensive and clear structure of physical literacy and its related characteristics can affect people's perception of participation and activity. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to provide a clear framework of the physical literacy model based on the views of experts in Iranian society. Interviews were conducted with 14 experts, and the Strauss-Corbin model of grounded theory was used to analyze data in three stages of coding. Findings showed that physical literacy is the ability/capacity affected by growth in multiple dimensions (cognitive, psychological, physical, and behavioral) in the form of an active lifestyle. The findings also showed that conditions such as gender, disorders, age, and participation in physical activity are areas for outbreak physical literacy, as well as factors such as the Ministry of education, Sports and Health, Welfare and municipalities, politico-economic factors. Socio-cultural, media, and family influence physical literacy. Also, physical education, interventions in childhood and adolescence, providing facilities, experts, and appropriate policies can help develop physical literacy. Findings showed that the consequences of physical literacy could be improving lifestyle, maintaining health and wellbeing, increasing participation in physical activity, and community health. The present study's results identified a comprehensive and transparent model of the physical literacy framework and can help professionals, researchers, and policymakers provide physical literacy to society.

The purpose of this article was to identify the driving, accelerating, and inhibiting factors of students participation in physical education extracurricular activities of schools. To this end, the researcher referred to experts in the field of student sport and extracurricular programs and, through a deep interview, using purposeful sampling and snowball sampling technique, collected information from them. Then, data from interviews, articles, educational materials and guidelines, and related books and clips were collected through triangulation techniques, and coded and analyzed using thematic analysis method. The results of the code grouping suggested two main components and eight sub-components at the entrance level of the students into the extra-curricular programs. Accordingly, it can be stated that the driving and inhibiting factors of student participation in school's physical education extracurricular activities are students and educators, along with stimuli and inhibitors that play a central role and require special attention. Accelerators such as stakeholder cooperation, political context, sponsorship and incentive sources, and financial resources are involved in accelerating the sport participation of students. This research can be used as an analytical tool for sports participation of students in school’s extracurricular activities in Iran in order to provide a logical and principal solution to the problems of this field of student sport.

Increasing opportunities for physical activity in schools is recognized as a global priority among school-age children and adolescents. Since the state of physical activity in some countries has not yet reached the recommended level of the World Health Organization (WHO), the aim of this study was to pay attention to the role of school in creating opportunities for physical activity and drawing a comparative framework of issues related to school sports including assessing the quality of physical education (time, content and expertise of teacher), national strategies and extracurricular programs according to the Comprehensive School Physical Activity Program (CSPAP). This comparative study was conducted using the Bereday method. Exploring the methods of execution in the best educational systems of the world (Finland, Denmark, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States) that have a CSPAP indicated that many countries designed and implemented physical activity initiatives, increasing the physical activity opportunities available to children before, during and after school. It can also compensate for the lack of physical activity hours in the school's physical education lesson.

The purpose of this study was to provide a comprehensive model for talent identification in Iranian championship sport. Considering the exploratory nature of the subject, the method of qualitative research and the theorizing approach based on the data was used. First, through the initial studies and the systematic review of related resources, the introductory inventory of effective signs was identified. In the following, 23 semi-structured interviews with well-known experts were conducted on purposeful and snowball method. The interviews continued to reach theoretical saturation. The open coding results indicated that 296 primary marks and 38 final figures were extracted. In the axial coding, the final marks were classified in 12 concepts and 4 main categories. Finally, the identified categories derived from selective coding include, respectively, the talent identification process, model management, environmental factors and key stakeholders. The theoretical model derived from the findings of this study can help managers and policy makers of championship sport to use the appropriate stakeholders and determine the role for each trusted organization to address the interfering factors and accelerate the development of talent identification in championship sports.
