چکیده

بسیاریازاهدافتربیتی درورزشهاوبازیهانهفتهاستوازطریقآموزشمستقیموغیرمستقیم بازیهاو ورزشهامیتوان بهاهدافاساسیتربیتیدر بعدجسمانی،عقلانی، اجتماعی،عاطفیواخلاقیدستیافت؛ بنابراین، در توسعة اجتماعی جوامع، توجه به ورزش آموزشی نقشی مهم و ضروری ایفا می‌کند؛ بااین‌حال، برای توسعة آن به شناخت مؤلفه‌ها و عملکردهای آن نیاز است؛ براین‌اساس، هدف این پژوهش واکاوی مبانی نظری ورزش آموزشی-تربیتی و استخراج عوامل مؤثر برآن و متأثر از آن بود. روش پژوهش حاضر کیفی بود. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه‌های عمیق و نیمه‌ساختاریافته استفاده شد. همچنین، از نمونه‌گیری نظری و به شکل گلوله‌برفی در انتخاب مصاحبه‌شونده‌ها استفاده شد (12 نفر). نتایج نشان داد که مشکلات سیاسی، مدیریتی، برنامه‌ریزی و خط‌مشی‌گذاری، رویه‌ای، ساختاری، سخت‌افزاری و مشکلات موجود در آموزش عالی به‌همراه سوءتفاهمات ادراکی، بر ورزش آموزشی و آموزش تربیت‌بدنی در مدارس تأثیرگذار هستند. افزون‌براین، توسعة ورزش آموزشی- تربیتی می‌تواند منجر به توسعة ورزش، توسعة سلامت جامعه، افزایش سرمایة اجتماعی و توسعة اقتصادی شود؛ بنابراین، پیشنهاد می‌شود که با توجه به اهمیت نقش آموزشی و تربیتی تربیت‌بدنی در مدارس و اثرهای وسیع توسعة ورزش آموزشی- تربیتی در جامعه، طرح جامع توسعة ورزش آموزشی- تربیتی با درنظرگرفتن عوامل و متغیرهای تأثیرگذار بر آن به‌همراه تنظیم برنامه‌های اجرایی، در بالاترین سطح مدیریت کشور تهیه و اجرا شود.
