چکیده

هدف این پژوهش تاثیر ابعاد مقیاس ارزش‌های شغلی و خانوادگی بر خود کارآمدی دانشجویان رشته تربیت‌بدنی با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی خلاقیت و اوقات فراغت بود. پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع مدل معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری را دانشجویان رشته تربیت‌بدنی دانشگاههای آزاد شهر تهران تشکیل دادند (1800N=). حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول نمونه‌گیری مورگان 360 نفر برآورد گردید. نمونه‌گیری به صورت خوشه‌ای تصادفی انجام شد. ابزار پژوهش چهار پرسشنامه مقیاس ارزش‌های شغلی و خانوادگی (فارمروبن،1970)، اوقات فراغت نظریان مادوانی و رمضانی (1392)، خلاقیت مقیمی (1388) و خود کارآمدی دارابی (1395) بود. روایی پرسشنامه‌ها به تایید 15 نفر از اساتید رسید. همچنین برای پایایی ابزار از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. نتایج بیانگر آن بود که اثر مقیاس ارزش‌های شغلی و خانوادگی بر خود کارآمدی از طریق خلاقیت و اوقات فراغت دانشجویان رشته تربیت‌بدنی مثبت و معنی‌داری است (05/0≥P). به عبارتی دیگر، بخشی از اثر متغیر مقیاس ارزش‌های خانواده و شغل به واسطه متغیرهای اواقات فراغت و خلاقیت بر خودکارآمدی دانشجویان رشته تربیت‌بدنی انتقال داده می‌شود. با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان اینگونه نتیجه گرفت که خانواده و اشتغال از جمله موارد مهم زندگی انسان محسوب می‌شوند که در صورت انطباق آن با شرایط و علاقه دانشجویان رشته تربیت‌بدنی، آثار مطلوبی برای جامعه به دنبال خواهد داشت. بعبارت دیگر خلاقیت باعث باعث توازن بین شغل و خانواده می‌شود و این امر موجب خودکارآمدی بالاتر در بین دانشجویان رشته تربیت‌بدنی می‌شود، افرادی که احساس خودکارآمدی بالاتری دارند با وجود موانع احتمالی مشارکت بیشتری در اوقات فراغت فعال دارند.
