چکیده

هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر توانمندسازی بر خود کارآمدی و عملکرد شغلی دبیران تربیت‌بدنی بود. روش پژوهش کمی بود و جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه دبیران تربیت‌بدنی کشور به تعداد 27530 تشکیل دادند. با استفاده از جدول تعیین حجم نمونه کرجسی و مورگان تعداد 380 نفر از دبیران تربیت‌بدنی به تفکیک 188 مرد و 192 زن به ‌عنوان جامعه نمونه انتخاب شدند. روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای یک مرحله‌ای بود. برای گردآوری داده­ها از سه پرسش‌نامه‌ استفاده شد. این پرسش­نامه­ها عبارت بودند از پرسش­نامه توانمندسازی دبیران تربیت‌بدنی اقتباس شده از دو پرسش­نامه توانمندسازی کارکنان رکنی لموکی (2013) و پرسش­نامه بهبود عملکرد شغلی کارکنان آوام له (2013)، پرسش­نامه خود کارآمدی با اقتباس از پرسش­نامه خود کارآمدی معلمان بندورا (2006) و پرسش­نامه عملکرد شغلی معلمان برگرفته از پرسش­نامه عملکرد شغلی معلمان امین، شاه، ایاز و آتا (2013). تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS21 و نرم‌افزار LISREL8انجام گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مقدار ضریب رگرسیونی استاندارد بین توانمندسازی و خودکار آمدی دبیران برابر 56/0 با ضریب معناداری

t= هست که نشانگر تأثیر معنا‌دار و مستقیم توانمندسازی بر روی خود کارآمدی دبیران تربیت‌بدنی کشور بود. همین‌طور نتایج نشان داد که مقدار ضریب رگرسیونی استاندارد بین توانمندسازی و عملکرد شغلی دبیران برابر 53/0 با ضریب معناداری 87/8 t= بود که این یافته نیز نشان داد، توانمندسازی بر روی عملکرد شغلی دبیران تربیت‌بدنی کشور تأثیر معنا‌دار و مستقیم داشته است. بنابراین می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که اگر بر توانمندی‌های دبیران تربیت‌بدنی افزوده شود، این امر می‌تواند سبب بهبود خود کارآمدی و عملکرد شغلی دبیران تربیت‌بدنی شود.
