چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌های ارزشیابی استادان تربیت‏بدنی عمومی بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش، تمام دانشجویان دانشگاه اصفهان (12567=N) را شامل گردید که بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان حجم نمونه 375 نفر محاسبه و نمونة آماری نیز به صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای بر اساس جنسیت گزینش شد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامة محقق‌ساخته‌ای که از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و بهره‌گیری از نظرات پنج تن از استادان مدیریت ورزشی با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظرات خبرگان، و پایایی آن از طریق آزمون آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های حاصل از جمع‌آوری پرسشنامه‌ها از آزمون بارتلت و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مرتبة دوم استفاده شد. یافته‌های حاصل از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی بیانگر برازش مطلوب مدل بود و در نهایت، مدل ارزشیابی استادان تربیت‏بدنی عمومی در قالب 34 شاخص و پنج مؤلفة مهارت‌های تدریس (چهارده شاخص)، مهارت‌های ارتباطی (پنج شاخص)، مهارت‌های فردی (چهار شاخص)، اصول و قوانین آموزشی (چهار شاخص) و نظارت و ارزشیابی (هفت شاخص) طراحی گردید. مدل نهایی در قالب مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌های ارائه‌شده می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک ابزار دانشجومحور جامع، پایا و روا، برای ارزیابی عملکرد استادان تربیت‏بدنی عمومی در مراکز آموزش عالی به کار رود.
