Abstract

The purpose of the present study was Relational model of organizational culture with sport ethics of elite athletes in Iran. The research method is a correlation, and in terms of purpose is applied. The study population, all Azadegan league footballers country, season, 1396-1395, the statistical sample of 223 players were selected randomly. To collect information was used from questionnaires Sports ethics and researcher made of organizational culture. The reliability and validity of them with common methods to determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaire was determined. For data analysis, structural equation modeling, were used in order to determine the relationships between observed variables. Results Showed that between organizational culture and ethics of sports, There is a significant positive relationship. The results of the test, confirmatory path analysis, estimation the relationship between organizational culture with sports ethics. All the factor loadings between components and factors was on a reasonable level and the model was of a sufficient fit and Finally approved the conceptual model. So based on the findings sports ethics more by perception value and direct impact players of interaction existence in football and people is affected that country's football custodians of must try at identification codes of ethics Sports, type of organizational culture and factors affecting arousal football players.
