Abstract

Spiritual and ethical spirit in sport is manifested in university and considered as an ethical symbol in society. In this applied (purpose wise),combined( in terms of gathering data ) and analytical – exploratory(from method of analyzing the data perspective ) method of study the purpose was to identify and explain the factors affecting the development of ethics in academic sport with the aim of promoting ethical values in the sports community of the country .The statistical sample of the study in the qualitative section consisted of 25 experts in sport ethic and 327of national and collegiate coaches, university intramural directors and physical education instructors, sport federation and sport embassy experts in the quantitative section. The required data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire that was obtained from the qualitative section of the research and experts' opinion. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics methods were used. The semi-structured interview method was used and the technique of the analysis of the effective components and indicators on the development of ethics in academic sport were identified. These include: individual-behavioral factors, underlying factors, effective factors and organizational factors. The findings also showed that the factors affecting the development of ethics in academic sport affect the promotion of ethical values in the sports community of the country.Based on the result of study we can conclude that inuniversity sport ethical values can be improved by educational, athletic, research. Can be lead to the development of values and ethics in sport
