Abstract

Designing Physical Education Extracurricular Activity Management in Iran
Abstract

Abstract
The purpose of the present study was to design a model for the management of extracurricular physical education programs in Iran. To achieve the purpose of the study, a qualitative-quantitative method has been used, consisting of both qualitative and quantitative parts. The statistical population in the qualitative section consisted of all experts, professors of university of educational sciences and physical education and the sampling method was purposive. The statistical population of the research includes all the principals and teachers of Iran. In the quantitative part of the study, stratified random sampling method was used. Based on the findings of the interview, human resource planning and physical literacy promotion identified the students as the causal conditions of the study phenomenon that have a direct impact on the management of physical education extracurricular activities. The direct effect of planning and physical literacy promotion on the positive and meaningful participatory management was significant. Also, the direct effect of participatory management, control and supervision, educational investment, cultural and social infrastructure, physical factors, lack of budget allocation and educational inequality on the implementation of the supra-program policies was significant. Causal relationships are causal, context, strategies and interventions that have consequences for maintaining health, vitality and happiness and revealing their creativity and nurturing. The results showed that the path coefficients of the research variables were significant.
