Foresight of the content required for the physical education curriculum in the elementary course with the method of structural analysis

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to foresight the content required for the physical education curriculum in elementary school using structural analysis. This research is descriptive-analytical in terms of applied goal setting strategy and its method and explanatory based on futures research methods. The statistical population of this study consisted of experts in the field of physical education and curriculum planning. The selection of these people was purposeful and their number was equal to 20 people. In order to identify the issues affecting the future of the content of the physical education curriculum, a review of the research literature as well as interviews with experts was used, based on which 14 final components related to the future of the content of the physical education curriculum were identified. According to the research findings, the three variables of creating flexibility in content, dynamics in content and creating diversity in content had the most impact and the most impact, so because they had recorded high importance and uncertainty for themselves as drivers the future content of the physical education curriculum in elementary school was identified. Therefore, in formulating future plans and scenarios, it will be important to pay attention to the above drivers based on the key role they play in the content of the physical education curriculum.
