Abstract

The purpose of this study was to developing a model of factors affecting the migration of students and graduates of sports sciences abroad. The present research method was descriptive-survey in terms of practical purpose and in terms of characteristics in the way of collecting information. The statistical population studied in this study consisted of all students and graduates of sports sciences in all levels and educational trends of the mentioned field, the sampling method of which was randomly simple due to lack of access to accurate statistics of the target community, according to Morgan et al.'s sample size table, the maximum number of samples was 384. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose content validity was confirmed by eight experts in the field of sports management and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method of 0.96. In order to analyze the data collected at the level of descriptive statistics, frequency and percentage indicators were used. Confirmation of the exploratory factor structure was used. It should be noted that the calculations related to exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were performed using SPSS and AMOS statistical software. Exploratory factor analysis led to the extraction of five factors including (welfare and economic, social and cultural, occupational, political, educational and research), which respectively the highest and lowest variance related to the factors affecting the migration of students and graduates of sports abroad by The educational and research factor (20.48 variance) and the political factor (6.06 variance) were explained.
