Abstract

The purpose of the current research was to test the model of factors affecting the implementation of a transformational organization in educational sports. The current research was applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of analysis method, which was conducted in the field. The statistical population of the research included all assistants, responsible experts and employees in the field of physical education and health in the Ministry of Education and General Administrations of the provinces and cities of the country, numbering 357 people and the statistical sample based on the table of Morgan and Karjesi, the number of 186 The person was selected randomly. Data collection was done using a researcher-made questionnaire with 56 questions on factors affecting the implementation of a transformational organization. Data analysis was done using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with the help of SPSSv21 and Amos software. The findings showed that the model of effective factors on the implementation of the transformational organization in educational sports of the country had a favorable and strong fit. The ranking of the factors affecting the implementation of the transformational organization showed that the highest rank was related to the dimension of organization and the lowest rank was related to the dimension of values. According to the results of the present research, it can be a transformational organization by using the obtained model and respond to the environmental needs in time in the current changing environment and in order to move to improve the organization.
