Abstract

Basic football schools and the football federation are two important institutions that deal with the development and growth of young players. Football schools are active in educating and training young players at the basic levels of football. Therefore, the current research was carried out with the aim of identifying the effective factors on the management of partner relations among basic football schools and the football federation. The present research was conducted in terms of practical purpose and qualitative method using descriptive phenomenological approach. The participants in the research included 23 experts related to the subject. The sampling method was purposeful and snowball. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview and the coding process was done in MaxQuda software version 20. Validity, transferability, trustworthiness and verifiability criteria were used to determine validity and reliability. Factors affecting the management of partner relations between basic football schools and the football federation, including: 62 sub-themes in the form of 8 main themes of rules and regulations, monitoring and evaluation, educational dimensions, motivational dimensions, strengthening and support, financial support, information development and development It is communication. By establishing effective relations and facilitating cooperation and coordination between these two institutions, basic football schools will be able to provide the best opportunities for the development of young players, while the football federation will also benefit from the abilities and capacities of these schools. In the end, this issue will satisfy the stakeholders of the football complex.
