Identifying and prioritizing obstacles and factors affecting the development of the quality of services of sports complexes of the Education Department

Abstract
The purpose of the research was to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the development of the quality of services of educational sports complexes in Mahshahr City. The research method was a mixed quantitative-qualitative type; The statistical population in the qualitative section included experts in the field of student sports, and the number of samples continued to reach theoretical saturation (12 people) for interviews. The statistical population in the quantitative section included the physical education teachers, which were selected as 120 people due to the limited sample population. The research tool included a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire on the factors affecting the development of the service quality of sports complexes, which included 28 items of the factors affecting the development of the service quality of the sports complexes, whose formal and content validity was finally confirmed and used. Delphi method was used in the qualitative part and descriptive statistics were used in the quantitative part. Skewness and skewness test, Cronbach's alpha, and exploratory factor analysis were used in the inferential statistics. The identified effective factors were named under "income generation and capital attraction; management factors, facilities, and equipment, human resources". Among the necessities for the development of sports in schools, are appropriate sports facilities, equipment and infrastructure, expert sports teachers, and greater participation and responsibility of parents and society, they were increasing the hours of physical education lessons in schools, and removing obstacles to the development of the quality of sports services in sports complexes. Emphasis was placed.
