Abstract
The aim this research was a model for analysis and management development of familys sport in Iran. research method Selected the qualitative researches with a systematic and explicit approach.. The statistical population consisted of two parts of the human community (company directors, university professors, etc.) and the information society (books, articles, documents, media pages, etc.). The sampling was judged by a sufficient number based on theoretical saturation (19 people and 84 copies). The research tool was a library study and framework exploratory interviews. The research tool was a library study and systematic exploratory interviews. instrument validity evaluated and approved based on the legal and scientific credibility of the sample, expert opinion and an agreement between the editors. data. For data analysis was used the multi-stage coding method with matrix and system analysis approach. The framework for the identified research included four general perspectives; Family capacities for sports participation (5 dimensions and 16 components), Eco-system capacities of family development (5 dimensions and 20 components), Familys sport participation mechanisms (6th Dimension and 26 Components) And the implications of expanding the participation of the athletic sport (4 dimensions and 17 components). The nature of the relationship between variables in the model is determined based on causal relationships and system analysis. Also, the challenges and strategies of family development development were determined in accordance with the model framework.
