Abstract

The purpose of the present study is to describe the place of public exercise in the thought of Supreme Leader of the Revolution and to present this enlightenment to the country's management community in order to promote the implementation of their guidelines in Islamic society. The research method is based on qualitative approach and using content analysis method. Also, according to the nature of the work, Imam Khamenei's remarks should be introduced as a statistical population. The Khamenei profile was obtained on the website of the Office of the Supreme Leader. The data were analyzed using Maxqda10 software and coding method, and finally the charts were plotted using Mind Mapper 2012 software. Internal consistency was used to confirm the findings and results with the research goals. This validity was confirmed by two professors of sport science and Cohen’s Kappa coefficient was used to determine the reliability or confirmation of the analysis method. This coefficient was equal to 0.8. The results showed that the data obtained from the analysis of the statements of the Supreme Leader can be classified into eight main categories: Health, Organizational, Social, Strategic, Spiritual, Validity, Governance and Heroism.
