Abstract

The present study was conducted with the aim of developing an efficiency model for virtual educational plan of physical education in schools. The research method was qualitative and based on Grounded Theory. Semi-structured interview method was used to collect data. Data analysis was performed by Glaser (1992) method. The Participants in Research consisted of 14 physical education teachers in the country and sampling continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. After step-by-step coding, 99 Final code were obtained which were divided into 21 sub-categories and 4 main categories: management requirements, attitudinal requirements, support requirements, and virtual teaching process requirements. The results showed that considering the managerial requirements (planning, creativity, motivation, monitoring, feedback, evaluation), attitude requirements (community attitude, family attitude, students' attitude), supportive requirements (teacher support, school support, family support, education support, support of experts and team Leaders) and the requirements of the virtual teaching process (virtual training, virtual learning tools, sport activities and proper nutrition at home, virtual sports competitions, virtual classroom management, Principles of Virtual Teaching, Sport designs) can be Efficiency Model for Virtual Educational Plan of Physical Education of Schools in critical situations such as Covid-19 Pandemic. Findings of this study can be used as a model for effective developing virtual educational Plan for physical education Lesson in schools.
