Abstract
The present study aims to identify the strategic framework of the Football Kindergarten model with a focus on physical literacy. Today, many countries interested in the development and advancement of football at various levels increasingly emphasize the cultivation of players through a comprehensive and organized program structure. This research is a qualitative, exploratory study with an applied objective, employing thematic analysis to examine the data. The statistical population consisted of experts and academic specialists, prominent football youth managers and coaches, and child development professionals. Using purposive sampling, 18 participants were selected, and semi-structured interviews were conducted until theoretical saturation was achieved. Data analysis was performed using MAXQDA20 software. The findings revealed 101 open codes categorized into 20 sub-themes and 6 main themes, including: human resources (human resource development, staff skills and competencies, workforce); venue and space (appropriate play area, welfare facilities, suitable location); educational content (necessary actions regarding hydration and nutrition in working with children, designing child-centered programs focusing on enjoyment and happiness, technology, coach education content, child class content); establishment (licenses and regulations); organizational actions (monitoring and evaluation, advertising and marketing, research and development, supporter network formation, organizational definition, services, management); and teaching tools (facilities and equipment). Consequently, defining and implementing updated and comprehensive strategies is crucial for the Football Kindergarten model with a physical literacy approach.
