Abstract
Introduction: In recent years, physical education teachers have been more involved in legal issues than ever before. Occupational concerns of physical education teachers can have a significant impact on the quality of students' health. This study aimed to investigate the role of physical education teachers' concerns about legal prosecution in reducing the health benefits of students participating in physical education classes.

Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of its research objective and descriptive-analytical in terms of how data was collected. The statistical population of the study consisted of physical education teachers in Kermanshah province. 220 people were selected as the research sample using convenience sampling. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data, in which demographic information (age, gender, education, and teaching experience) and questions related to the research variables (concern about legal prosecution, decreased teacher motivation, and decreased class quality) were examined. Descriptive statistics (frequency, mean, and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (confirmatory factor analysis regression test) were used to analyze the data, and the data were analyzed using SPSS and LISREL software.

Findings: The results showed that the factor in question has a significant relationship with the decrease in teacher motivation and the decline in the quality of physical education classes. Also, the results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the variables of teacher motivation and the decline in the quality of physical education classes have the ability to predict the variable of concern about legal prosecution.
