چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین مدل ارتباطی بین هوش هیجانی و اضطراب فیزیکی اجتماعی با رضایت از زندگی دانشجویان تربیتبدنی دانشکدة فنی و حرفهای الزهرای مشهد بود. جامعة آماری شامل تمامی دانشجویان رشتة تربیتبدنی دانشکدة فنی و حرفهای دخترانة الزهرای مشهد بود که براساس آمار، تعداد آنها 270 نفر تعیین شد. روش نمونهگیری بهصورت کلشمار بود و همة جامعه بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای هوش هیجانی شاته و همکاران (1998)، اضطراب فیزیکی اجتماعی هارت و همکاران (1989) و رضایت از زندگی داینر و همکاران (1985) بودند. از مدل معادلات ساختاری برای بررسی رابطة علی و معلولی متغیرها استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که هوش هیجانی بر رضایت از زندگی اثر مثبت معناداری دارد. همچنین، برمبنای نتایج، هوش هیجانی بر اضطراب فیزیکی اجتماعی و اضطراب فیزیکی اجتماعی بر رضایت از زندگی اثر منفی معناداری دارند. درنهایت، براساس مدل پژوهش مشخص شد که هوش هیجانی ازطریق اضطراب فیزیکی اجتماعی بر رضایت از زندگی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.درمجموع، چنین بهنظر میرسد که زندگی دانشگاهی با اضطرابهای متعدد و پیچیدهای همراه شده است و توانایی مقابله با این اضطرابها ازطریق کسب توانمندیهای هیجانی، زمینة حفظ و تأمین سلامت جسمی، عاطفی و روانی دانشجویان را فراهم میکند.
