چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، تدوین راهبردهای ترویج آموزش المپیک دربین دانش آموزان مدارس ایران همراه با محتوای مطلوب آن بود.پژوهش حاضر، یک مطالعة آمیخته است که به دو روش کیفی و کمی انجام شده است. در روش کیفی که ازطریق گراندد تئوری اجرا شد، از دو روش نمونه‌‌گیری نظری و گلوله‌برفی استفاده شد. داده‌ها ازطریق 19 مصاحبة نیمه‌ساختاریافته جمع‌آوری شدند. همچنین، در روش کمی که با استفاده از مطالعة دلفی انجام شد، 14 نفر از صاحب‌نظران، طی دو مرحله در پژوهش شرکت کردند. داده‌های این مرحله ازطریق پرسش‌نامة الکترونیکی جمع‌آوری شدند. یافته‌های این بخش از پژوهش شامل 23 گویه بود که ازطریق آزمون تی تک‌نمونه ای تأیید شدند و هفت گویة اول آن ازطریق آزمون فریدمن رتبه‌بندی شدند. به‌طورکلی، نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که ازطریق راهبردهای آموزشی، تربیتی، ورزشی و مدیریتی می‌توان محتوای مطلوب و بومی آموزش المپیک را دربین دانش‌آموزان توسعه داد.
