چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی میزان آشنایی معلمان تربیت بدنی با حقوق ورزشی بود. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و براساس نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه‌ی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی آموزش و پرورش استان اصفهان که طبق آمار اداره‌ی آموزش و پرورش استان 1740 نفر اعلام شد که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه به روش تصادفی طبقه ای 407 نفر به دست آمد. جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه مورد تایید اساتید متخصص قرار گرفت، پایایی پرسشنامه نیز با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (84/0= α) تائید شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده های تحقیق با استفاده از آزمون های t تک نمونه‌ای، t مستقل، آزمون فریدمن و تحلیل واریانس انجام شد. نتایج نشان می دهد که میزان آشنایی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی از مولفه‌های حقوق ورزشی شامل تعهد و تکلیف، استانداردهای تجهیزات ورزشی و اهداف و ماموریت های تربیت در مدارس در حد بالاتر از میانگین (3µ> )، مولفه‌های حقوق و امتیازات آموزش و مسئولیت‌های سازمانی مدیر و اداره کل در حد متوسط ( 3=µ)، میزان و آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات در حد پایین‌تر از میانگین (3≥µ ) قرار داشت. تعیین میزان آشنایی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی از حقوق ورزشی می تواند کمک شایانی به معلمان نماید تا بتوانند عوامل موثر بر آنرا شناسایی نموده و با برطرف نمودن آنها وضعیت حقوقی خود را بهبود دهند.
