چکیده

هدف از این تحقیق شناسایی و ارزیابی مولفه های عملکرد مربیان تیم های ورزشی دانشگاههای ایران بود. نمونه آماری این تحقیق را تعداد 543 نفر از چهار گروه مرتبط با عملکرد مربیان ورزش دانشگاهی شامل ورزشکاران ( 324 نفر )، مربیان ( 99 نفر )، مدیران ( 41 نفر ) و سرپرستان ( 79 نفر ) تیمهای ورزشی شرکت کننده در دوازدهمین المپیاد ورزشی دانشجویان ایران که در سال 1393 برگزار شد تشکیل می دادند. روش گردآوری داده ها مطالعات کتابخانه ای، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که روایی و پایایی آن به تایید رسید. روش تحلیل داده استفاده از آزمون تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی با استفاده از نرم افزار اس پی اس اس و جهت طراحی مدل از نرم افزار آموس استفاده شد. همچنین به منظور اولویت بندی معیارها از گروه متخصصین شامل 8 نفر با تکنیک تصمیم گیری چند معیاره ای اچ پی استفاده شد. بدین ترتیب هشت عامل مهارتهای ارتباطی، دانش فنی، مهارتهای مدیریتی، مدل نقش، موفقیت برنامه، حمایت از الگوی دانشجو- ورزشکار، بکارگیری نیروهای جدید و مهارتهای مالی از طریق تحلیل عاملی استخراج و تأیید شد و مدل تحقیق ترسیم و برازش آن مورد تایید قرار گرفت. به مدیران ورزش دانشگاه توصیه میشود برای ارزشیابی عملکرد مربیان به عوامل این مدل توجه نمایند.
