چکیده
هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثربخشی یادگیری مشاهدهای بر ترویج رفتارهای فراشناختی دانش آموزان در تکلیف چیپ فوتبال بود. چهل و دو دانش آموز داوطلب 11 تا 13 سال از منطقه 2 شهر تهران در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. شرکت کنندگان به صورت تصادفی به سه گروه کنترل، مشاهده الگوی ماهر و مشاهده الگوی ماهر به همراه فعالیت فراشناختی تقسیم شدند. میزان فعالیت فراشناخت با استفاده از پر کردن پرسشنامه فراشناخت توسط دانش آموزان قبل و بعد از مداخله ارزیابی شد. جهت تحلیل داده ها از آزمون مقایسه زوجی، آنوا و آزمون تعقیبی استفاده شد. نتایج تفاوت معناداری را بین پیش آزمون و پس آزمون نشان داد. بررسی نتایج حاکی از این است که علاوه بر تاثیر استراتژی های فراشناختی بر بهبود رفتار فراشناختی، یادگیری مشاهدهای نیز یکی از راه های تاثیرگذار برای بهبود رفتار فراشناختی در کلاس درس تربیت بدنی می باشد.
