چکیده
هدف از این پژوهش طراحی سازه قداست ورزشی در دانشجویان ورزشکار بود. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی و با هدف کاربردی بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان ورزشکار دانشگاههای کشور بود. نمونه آماری به تعداد قابل کفایت جهت مدلسازی (150 نفر) به شیوه تصادفی طبقهای از یازدهمین المپیاد ورزشی انتخاب و نظرخواهی شدند. براساس مطالعه نظری و مصاحبه با مربیان و اساتید، پرسشنامه محقق ساختهای تنظیم گردید و با استفاده از نظر متخصصان روایی(محتوایی)، پایایی (آلفای کرونباخ) و اعتبار عاملی (برازش مدل) تأیید شد. از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری (نرم افزار PLS) جهت تحلیل یافتهها استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که معنویت و نیایش به میزان 44 درصد از تغییرات تعهد و اخلاق را به طور مستقیم تبیین می کند. از سوی دیگر دو ضریب 810/0 و 456/0 نیز نشان می دهند که متغیر معنویت و نیایش به طور غیر مستقیم و از طریق متغیر میانجی منش و احساس به میزان 37 درصد بر متغیر تعهد و اخلاق تأثیر دارد. با توجه به ساختار تبیین شده و اینکه تعهد و اخلاق پیامدهای مورد انتظار در توسعه فرهنگی ورزش هستند؛ میتوان گفت جنبههای معنوی نقش پیشآیندی و جنبههای احساسی نقش فرایندی و جنبههای اخلاقی نقش پیامدی در تقدیس ورزش برای ورزشکاران دارد.
