چکیده

هدف تحقیق حاضر شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی گروه‌های مؤثر در نهادینه کردن ورزش همگانی در ایران بود. روش تحقیق آمیخته اکتشافی بود که در دو مرحله کیفی و کمی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری تحقیق در مرحله کیفی کلیه افراد صاحب‌نظر در ارتباط با موضوع ورزش همگانی و نهادینه کردن بود که تا رسیدن به نقطه اشباع نظری افراد برای انجام مصاحبه به روش‌ نمونه‌گیری هدفمند قضاوتی و گلوله‌ برفی انتخاب شدند (15 نفر). در بخش کمی جامعه آماری متشکل از مدیران و کارشناسان مسئول ورزش همگانی بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری تمام شمار افراد به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند (306 نفر). در مرحله کیفی ابزار تحقیق مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند و در مرحله کمی پرسشنامه بود. روایی مصاحبه و پرسشنامه با استفاده ازنظر اساتید و متخصصین (10 نفر) بررسی شد و پایایی مصاحبه‌ها از طریق باز آزمون 83/0 و پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق آزمون ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 91/0 محاسبه گردید. در مرحله کیفی تحقیق از کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی برای تحلیل و دسته‌بندی داده‌ها استفاده گردید. در مرحله کمی تحقیق نیز از آزمون کلموگروف اسمیرنف و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مرتبه اول برای اولویت‌بندی گروه‌های مؤثر در نهادینه کردن ورزش همگانی در ایران استفاده گردید. نتایج تحقیق مرحله اول و دوم نشان داد هفت گروه به ترتیب اولویت شامل مدرسه، رسانه‌های جمعی، گروه‌های مرجع، خانواده، دولت، نهادهای مذهبی و دوستان و همسالان، در نهادینه کردن ورزش همگانی در ایران مؤثر بودند.
