چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل شکاف کیفیت خدمات آموزشی ارائه شده به دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی رشته علوم ورزشی دانشگاه گیلان بر مبنای مدل سروکوال-کانو و پیاده‌سازی مدل گسترش کیفیت عملکرد انجام شد. این پژوهش کاربردی بوده و از رویکردهای کیفی و کمی برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها و دستیابی به اهداف استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش تمامی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی رشته علوم ورزشی دانشگاه گیلان بودند. ابزار اندازه‌گیری پرسشنامه‌های سروکوال و کانو برای مرحله کمی و مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته برای مرحله کیفی بودند که از پرسشنامه سروکوال برای ارزیابی کیفیت خدمات آموزشی و از پرسشنامه کانو برای شناسایی و دسته‌بندی نیازهای دانشجویان استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه‌ها مورد تأیید متخصصین قرار گرفت و پایایی آن‌ها نیز در یک مطالعه مقدماتی و به روش آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 91/0=α، 92/0=α و 85/0=α برای پرسشنامه‌های ادراکات، انتظارات سروکوال و کانو محاسبه شد. نتایج نشان داد که در همه ابعاد کیفیت خدمات آموزشی، شکاف منفی وجود داشته و بیشترین شکاف منفی در بُعد عناصر عینی مشاهده شد. در نهایت 15 نیاز اساسی به عنوان ندای مشتری شناسایی و وارد ماتریس خانه کیفیت مدل گسترش کیفیت عملکرد شدند و 20 مشخصه فنی برای بهبود آن‌ها استخراج گردید. می‌توان گفت که تأمین فضای آموزشی بیشتر، تدارک تجهیزات آموزشی و آزمایشگاهی بروز، تقویت روش‌های ارتباطی و اطلاع‌رسانی دانشکده، آموزش و توجیه کارکنان دانشکده جهت پاسخگویی بهتر به دانشجویان و همچنین انجام کارها به صورت دقیق و در زمان وعده داده شده از جمله اقدامات مهم برای بهبود کیفیت خدمات آموزشی دانشکده مورد مطالعه است.
