چکیده
بهرهمندی از فواید فعالیتبدنی مستلزم داشتن سبک زندگی فعال و مشارکت مستمر در انواع فعالیتبدنی به خصوص فعالیت بدنی اوقات فراغت و نهایتاً نهادینه شدن آن در افراد است. از این رو، هدف تحقیق حاضر شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر نهادینه سازی فعالیت بدنی اوقات فراغت و ارائه الگو بود. روش انجام تحقیق آمیخته از نوع اکتشافی بود که در دو بخش کیفی و کمی و به روش میدانی اجرا گردید. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی و کمی کلیه افرادی بودند که به مدت 5 سال در اوقات فراغت خود فعالیت بدنی مداوم داشتند که با 16 نفر به روش گلوله برفی تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری در بخش کیفی مصاحبه شد و طبق جدول مورگان 384 نفر برای اجرای بخش کمی به صورت در دسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. ابزار تحقیق در بخش کیفی مصاحبه و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه حاصل از مصاحبه بود که روایی و پایایی آنها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف استاندارد) و روش های آمار استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مرتبه دوم) استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد در مجموع 27 عامل بر نهادینه سازی فعالیت بدنی اوقات فراغت تأثیر دارند که با شناخت، برنامهریزی و ایجاد سازوکارهایی برای عملیاتیسازی این عوامل میتوان روند نهادینهسازی فعالیتبدنی اوقات فراغت را در افراد جامعه تسهیل کرد و شاهد جامعهای سالم و پویا بود.
