بررسی ارتباط سطح فعالیت بدنی با سواد بدنی کودکان 8 تا 12 سال با توجه به مکان زندگی

چکیده
سواد بدنی یک سفر پیش‌رونده است که در آن اجزای مختلف باهم تعامل تا مشارکت و لذت بردن مادام‌العمر از فعالیت بدنی را تسهیل کنند. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی ارتباط بین سطح فعالیت بدنی با سواد بدنی کودکان 8 تا 12 سال با توجه به مکان زندگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانش آموزان شهر خرم‌آباد بود که تعداد 90 نفر (30 نفر مرکز شهر، 30 نفر حومه، 30 نفر روستا) به‌عنوان نمونه با انجام آزمون‌های سواد بدنی و تکمیل پرسشنامه بین‌المللی فعالیت بدنی در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 22 استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان ارتباط مثبت و معنی‌داری بین فعالیت بدنی و سواد بدنی شرکت‌کنندگان وجود دارد (001/0 =P)، ازلحاظ میزان فعالیت بدنی و سطح سواد بدنی کودکان ساکن در روستا عملکرد بهتری نسبت به کودکان ساکن در مرکز و حومه شهر داشته‌اند (001/0 =P)، در زیر سازه دانش و درک کودکان ساکن در مرکز و حومه شهر نمرات بالاتری نسبت به کودکان روستا کسب کردند اما در سایر مؤلفه‌ها عملکرد کودکان ساکن روستا بهتر بود. ازلحاظ جنسیت تفاوت بین پسران و دختران در سواد بدنی کلی (001/0 =P)، فعالیت بدنی (001/0 =P)، شایستگی جسمانی (004/0 =P)، رفتار روزانه (001/0 =P)، معنی‌دار بود و پسران در این مؤلفه‌ها عملکرد بهتری داشته‌اند اما در مؤلفه انگیزش (481/0 =P) و دانش و درک (548/0 =P)، ازلحاظ جنسیتی تفاوتی یافت نشد.
