چکیده
پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر بهبود نوآوری آموزشی معلمان تربیتبدنی اجرا گردید. روش پژوهش از نوع آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) بود که بخش کیفی آن بهصورت تحلیل مضامین انجام گردید. جامعة آماری در بخش کیفی شامل افراد آگاه به موضوع پژوهش بودند که برحسب انتخاب هدفمند، تعداد 13 نفر بهعنوان نمونه مشخص گردیدند. همچنین جامعة آماری در بخش کمی شامل معلمان تربیتبدنی شهر تهران بودند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مصاحبههای نیمهساختارمند و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. روایی محتوایی این پرسشنامه با استفاده ازنظر اساتید دانشگاهی و روایی سازه آن بهوسیله روش تحلیل عاملی موردبررسی قرار گرفت. پایایی این پرسشنامه پس از محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ میزان 82/0 مشخص گردید. در بخش کیفی جهت بررسی روایی از قابلیت باورپذیری، انتقالپذیری و تایید-پذیری و همچنین جهت بررسی پایایی از کمیتههای تخصصی استفاده گردید. بهمنظور تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از کدگذاری و روش معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. تمامی روند تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها در نرمافزارهای اسپیاساس، پیالاس و مکسکیودیای انجام گرفت. نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که عوامل مؤثر بر بهبود نوآوری آموزشی معلمان تربیتبدنی در هشت حوزه شامل عوامل اجتماعی، انگیزشی، جنبههای نظارتی، زیرساختها، دانش تخصصی، حمایتهای دولتی، قوانین و مقررات حمایتی و مدیریتی مشخص گردید. در این میان توجه به عوامل دانش تخصصی و حمایتهای دولتی میتواند مسیر جهت بهبود نوآوری آموزشی معلمان تربیتبدنی را هموار نماید.
