چکیده
برای دستیابی به توسعه در محیط متغیر و دانشی کنونی، سازمانها نیازمند اتخاذ تصمیماتی بهمنظور حفظ و پیشرفت منابع با ارزش و استفاده اثربخش از شایستگیهای انسانی هستند که یکی از این راهبردها، طرحریزی و سازماندهی مسیر شغلی است. تحقیق حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل توسعه مسیر شغلی در مدیران تربیت بدنی شهرداری تهران، انجام پذیرفت. روش تحقیق بهشیوه کیفی و مبتنی بر نظریه پردازی داده بنیاد است. مشارکتکنندگان شامل 22 نفر از اعضاء هیئت علمی دانشگاه در رشته مدیریت ورزشی، شهرداران و معاونان مناطق 22 گانه شهرداری تهران و مدیران تربیت بدنی مناطق شهرداری تهران بودند که توسط نمونهگیری غیرتصادفی بهشیوه هدفمند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. دادهها توسط مصاحبههای عمیق و نیمه سازمانیافته گردآوری و بهمنظور سنجش اعتبار ابزار، از مقبولیت، انتقال پذیری و تأیید پذیری استفاده شد. تحلیل اطلاعات طی سه مرحله کدگذاری (باز، محوری و انتخابی) صورت پذیرفت. با استفاده از تکنیک کدگذاری باز، 108 مفهوم اولیه تعیین و با دستهبندی این مفاهیم 89 مقوله فرعی شکل گرفت و در کدگذاری محوری، پیرامون 7 مقوله اصلی دستهبندی صورت گرفت. عوامل فردی، عوامل سازمانی، نظام آموزش، چشم انداز سازمان، ارزشیابی و مدیریت عملکرد، شرایط محیطی و شرایط فرهنگی بهعنوان عوامل اصلی توسعه مسیر شغلی در مدیران تربیت بدنی شهرداری تهران میباشند. بر اساس این مدل میتوان فرآیند توسعه مسیر شغلی در مدیران تربیت بدنی را تحلیل کرد و مفاهیم توسعه مسیر شغلی منتج از این پژوهش میتواند بر عملکرد نهایی شهرداری در راستای دستیابی به توسعه مدیران و اهداف متعالی سازمانی تاثیر داشته باشد.
