ارائه نقشه راه و راهبردهای توسعه فوتبال پایه ایران

چکیده
مطالعه حاضر، پژوهشی توصیفی و از نوع مطالعات راهبردی بود که با هدف تعیین راهبردهای توسعه فوتبال پایه ایران انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مدیران باشگاه‌ها، مدیران فوتبالی، مربیان، روسای هیئت‌ فوتبال استان‌ها، روسای انجمن فوتبال مدارس استان‌های کشور، کارکنان فدراسیون فوتبال، اساتید دانشگاه و نخبگان بود. با روش نمونه‌گیری کل‌شمار به گردآوری اطلاعات پرداخته شد. در تحقیق حاضر از مدل اسکور استفاده شد و برای گردآوری داده‌ها روش مصاحبه و جلسات شورای راهبردی به کار رفت؛ بر این اساس، پس از مشخص کردن حوزه‌های کلیدی عملکرد فوتبال پایه ایران، با استفاده از نظرات صاحب‌نظران در قالب مصاحبه‌های کیفی و نیز برگزاری جلسات شورای راهبردی، ابتدا، تحلیل محیط شامل شناسایی قوت‌ها، محدودیت‌ها، فرصت‌ها و ریسک‌ها انجام شد. سپس انتظار از هر حوزه کلیدی برای فوتبال پایه تعیین شد. در پایان به‌منظور دستیابی به انتظار تدوین‌‌شده برای هر حوزه کلیدی یک راهبرد اصلی تعیین شد. برای تحقق راهبردهای تدوین‌‌شده پیشنهاد می‌شود با استفاده از تکنیک‌های برنامه‌ریزی زمانی، زمان‌بندی متناظر با هر راهبرد مشخص شود. همچنین بودجه مناسب هریک مورد پیش‌بینی و تخصیص یابد و شاخص‌های ارزیابی نیز برای تحقق راهبردها مشخص شود.
