چکیده

هدف مطالعه حاضر نیز بررسی مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمان‌های ورزشی در ایران در زمان شیوع ویروس کرونا از طریق شبکه‌های اجتماعی بود. روش تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات اکتشافی (کیفی و کمی) بود که به همین سبب از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند استفاده شد و در میان سازمان‌های ورزشی ۲۴ سازمان انتخاب شد. ابزار مورد استفاده در این تحقیق مطالعه اسناد و مستندات سازمان های ورزشی در حوزه مسئولیت اجتماعی بود. تجزیه و تحلیل یافته‌های تحقیق با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا در دو بعد کیفی و کمی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج بخش کمی نشان می‌دهد که سازمان‌های ورزشی در زمان بحران و برای آگاه کردن مردم بیشتر از فضای وب‌سایت به نسبت بهره برده‌اند. نتایج در بعد کیفی نیز حاکی از آن است که سازمان‌های ورزشی برای ایفای نقش مسئولیت اجتماعی بیش از هرچیزی بر رعایت پروتکل‌های بهداشتی و کمک‌های عام المنفعه تمرکز داشته‌اند. بنابراین، نتایج تحقیق بصورت کلی نشان می‌دهد که سازمان‌های ورزشی در ایران در زمان شیوع کرونا ویروس از مقوله مسئولیت اجتماعی غافل نبوده بلکه تسلط بر شبکه‌های اجتماعی و استفاده بهینه از آن‌ را ترویج نموده‌اند.
