چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر نشاط حرفه ای بر عملکرد شغلی دبیران تربیت بدنی با نقش میانجی تعهد سازمانی بود. روش پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوۀ جمع آوری داده‌ها توصیفی-پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعۀ آماری کلیه دبیران تربیت‌بدنی استان سمنان در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 بودند (240 نفر). روش نمونه‌گیری، در دسترس بود. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده ها پرسشنامه های استاندارد نشاط حرفه ای اسکوهولت (2011)، تعهد سازمانی آلن و مایر (1990) و عملکرد شغلی پاترسون (1922) بود. پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها با شاخص های آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی بررسی و تأیید شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه ها با نظرات 15 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی و دبیران تربیت بدنی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. روایی سازۀ پرسشنامه ها با استفاده از معیارهای روایی همگرا و واگرا تأیید شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها به روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار اسمارت. پی.ال.اس انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که نشاط حرفه ای و تعهد سازمانی بر عملکرد شغلی دبیران تربیت‌بدنی به صورت معنادار و مثبت تأثیرگذار هستند. نشاط حرفه ای نیز بر تعهد سازمانی دبیران تربیت‌بدنی به صورت معنادار و مثبت تأثیرگذار است. همچنین تعهد سازمانی در رابطۀ بین نشاط حرفه ای و عملکرد شغلی، نقش میانجی را ایفا می‌کند. بنابراین به منظور اینکه عملکرد دبیران تربیت‌بدنی ارتقاء یابد، بهتر است ابتدا بر تقویت نشاط حرفه ای آنها تمرکز کرد که به طور همزمان به کمک نشاط حرفه ای، تعهد آنها به سازمان بهبود می یابد و این خود منجر به بهبود عملکرد شغلی خواهد شد.
