چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تدوین الگوی راهبردی مشارکت دانشجویان در فعالیت های ورزش همگانی بود. پژوهش حاضر بهصورت کیفی اجرا شد و داده های مورد نظر با بهره گیری از رویکرد نظریه زمینه ای و الگوی استراس و کوربین (1990) گردآوری و تحلیل شد. در این پژوهش، جامعه آماری شامل 19 نفر از متخصصین و خبرگان ورزش همگانی بود که با روش نمونه گیری نظری و الگوی گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. گردآوری و تحلیل داده ها از طریق انجام مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری انجام گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از طریق اجرای سه فرآیند کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام گرفت. الگوی نهایی تحقیق از چهار عامل علی؛ پنج عامل زمینه ای، پنج عامل مداخله گر؛ نُه عامل راهبردی و سه پیامد تشکیل شد. نهادهای متولی ورزش دانشجویی می توانند از این مدل به عنوان الگویی راهبردی و کلان برای سیاست گذاری و توسعه ورزش همگانی در بین دانشجویان بهره گیرند. پیشنهاد می شود اداره کل تربیت بدنی وزارت علوم و ادارات تربیتبدنی دانشگاهها با گسترش آموزش و پژوهش در این زمینه راهکارهای تشویقی برای افزایش مشارکت و جذب منابع مالی برای توسعه زیرساخت ها را ایجاد نمایند. پیشنهاد می شود اداره کل تربیت بدنی وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری با هماهنگی ادارات تربیت بدنی دانشگاه ها با تکیه بر راهبردهای توسعه آموزش، توسعه پژوهش، ایجاد انگیزه، تبلیغ و ترویج، جذب حامی، مدیریت فرایندها، توسعه زیرساخت ها، مدیت مالی و مشاوره ورزشی برای مشارکت دانشجویان در ورزش همگانی اقدام نمایند.
