چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، ارائه و آزمون مدل همگراسازی منطقه‌ای و همسوسازی فرابخشی توسعه ورزش به صورت مطالعه موردی برای حوزه ورزش همگانی و قهرمانی در استان‌های حاشیه دریای خزر بود. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی، از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر اجرا پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران و کارشناسان اجرایی مدیریت و توسعه ورزش در استان‌های گیلان، مازندران و گلستان بود. نمونه آماری 143 نفر برآورد و به روش هدفمند و قابل دسترس نمونه‌گیری شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه مستخرج از مرحله کیفی نظام‌مند بود. روایی ابزار در دو بخش؛ روایی محتوایی (با نظر 11 متخصص) و روایی سازه (شاخص‌های برازش مدل) به همراه پایایی (آلفای‌کرونباخ و ترکیبی) تأیید گردید. چارچوب مفهومی شامل 4 سطح، 9 منظر، 36 بُعد و 86 مؤلفه کلیدی بود. نتایج مدلسازی در نرم‌افزار پی‌ال‌اس وایی سازه (مطلوب بودن شاخص‌های برازش) و روابط متغیرهای مدل (معنی‌داری روابط بین متغیرها) را مورد تأیید قرار داد. براساس نتایج روابط تعریف شده در مدل به ترتیب شامل سطوح؛ ظرفیت محیطی، راهبری سیستم توسعه، همگرایی ورزش همگانی و قهرمانی و کارکردهای همگرایی توسعه است. بر اساس نتایج به سازمان‌های متولی توسعه ورزش در استان های شمال کشور پیشنهاد می‌شود با توجه به اکوسیستم مشترک و مشابه سه استان، راهبرد همگرایی بین استانی و منطقه‌ای در توسعه ورزش همگانی و قهرمانی را در اولویت قرار دهند و از الگوهای علمی مانند نتایج این پژوهش استفاده نمایند.
