چکیده

ورزش علاوه بر فعالیت‌های فیزیکی، اجتماعی و سیاسی درگیر مسائل دیگری نظیر انواع سوءاستفاده شده است. هدف از این پژوهش تحلیل سوءاستفاده در‌ ورزش با رویکرد شناسایی انواع و عوامل به وجود آورنده آن است. با استفاده از روش کیفی داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته جمع‌آوری شدند. مشارکت‌کنندگان در این تحقیق اساتید، متخصصین، کارشناسان و صاحب-نظران در زمینه سوءاستفاده در ورزش بودند. به‌منظور تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل مضامین استفاده شد. یافته‌های این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که شش نوع سوءاستفاده در ورزش ایران وجود دارد که عبارت‌اند از جسمی، جنسی، غفلت، عاطفی، مالی و ارتباطی. علاوه بر این، عوامل شکل‌دهنده سوءاستفاده در ورزش عبارت‌اند از : 1) تماس بدنی در ورزش و نوع پوشش ورزشکاران،2) کاستی‌های اجتماعی،3) مشکلات خصوصی و خانوادگی،4) ضعف شخصیتی و ناآگاهی، 5) ضعف در سیستم‌های اداری و قانونی، و 6) تأکید و اشتیاق به مدال‌آوری. بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق آگاه شدن از انواع و علل وقوع سوءاستفاده در ورزش، باعث شناخت مسئله، تصمیم‌گیری درست و برنامه‌ریزی مناسب برای پیشگیری از این امر حساس است. در حقیقت، نتایج این تحقیق فتح بابی برای آموزش و حمایت از ورزشکاران، مربیان ورزشی، پزشکان ورزشی، کادر فنی، مدیران و اعضای فدراسیون‌هاست.
