شناسایی راهبردهای الگوی کودکستان فوتبال با رویکرد سوادبدنی

چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی راهبردهای الگوی کودکستان فوتبال با رویکرد سواد بدنی بود. امروزه بسیاری از کشورهای علاقمند به توسعه و پیشرفت در سطوح مختلف فوتبال، بیش از گذشته به پرورش بازیکنان با ساختاری جامع و برنامه‌ای سازمان‌یافته توجه نشان می‌دهند. این مطالعه یک پژوهش کیفی با رویکرد اکتشافی و هدف کاربردی است که در آن از روش تحلیل مضمون برای بررسی داده‌ها استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری متشکل از خبرگان و متخصصان دانشگاهی، مدیران و مربیان برجسته فوتبال (پایه) و متخصصان حوزه کودک بود. با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، ۱۸ نفر انتخاب شدند و مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انجام شد. سپس از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA20 برای تجزیه و تحلیل استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش شامل ۱۰۱ کد باز که در ۲۰ مضمون فرعی و ۶ مضمون اصلی قرار دارد به دست آمد که شامل: منابع انسانی (توسعه منابع انسانی، مهارت‌ها و قابلیت‌های کارکنان، نیروی کار)، مکان و فضا (فضای بازی مناسب، امکانات رفاهی، مکان مناسب)، محتوای آموزشی (اقدامات لازم در مورد آب و تغذیه در کار با کودکان، طراحی برنامه کودک با محوریت کسب لذت و شادی، فناوری، محتوای آموزش مربیان، مربوط به محتوا کلاس‌های کودکان)، تأسیس (مجوزها و مقررات)، اقدامات سازمانی (نظارت و ارزیابی، تبلیغات و بازاریابی، پژوهش و توسعه، تشکیل شبکه حامیان، تعریف سازمان، خدمات، مدیریت)، ابزار آموزش (امکانات و ملزومات). در نتیجه برای الگوی کودکستان فوتبال با رویکرد سواد بدنی، تعریف و اجرای راهبردهای به‌روز شده و جامع‌تر مهم است.
