الگوی آموزش ترکیبی درس تربیت‌بدنی مدارس

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی آموزش ترکیبی درس تربیت‌بدنی مدارس بود. این مطالعه به روش کیفی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون شش­مرحله­ای براون و کلارک (2006) انجام گرفت. نمونه‌گیری به شیوه هدفمند و از میان مطلعان کلیدی تا حد اشباع نظری انجام شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه‌های عمیق و نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 17 نفر از اساتید دانشگاهی و معلمان برجسته تربیت­بدنی دارای فعالیت پژوهشی و اجرایی در زمینه آموزش تربیت­بدنی مدارس استفاده شد. همچنین برای تضمین دقت و اعتماد در هر مرحله از تحقیق، چهار معیار اصلی شامل اعتبار، اطمینانپذیری، تأییدپذیری و انتقالپذیری بررسی شدند. براساس تحلیل داده‌های کیفی حاصل از مصاحبه، الگوی آموزش ترکیبی درس تربیت­بدنی مدارس شامل 129 کد اولیه، 23 مضمون فرعی و 8 مضمون اصلی شامل توسعه حرفه‌ای معلمان، درگیرسازی دانش­آموزان، برنامه درسی و آموزشی، زیرساخت­های فناوری، سیاست­گذاری و آمادگی راهبردی، مدیریت و اجرای محلی، فرهنگ‌سازی اجتماعی و چالش‌ها و عوامل خارجی بود. این مطالعه با تأکید بر آموزش ترکیبی در تربیت­بدنی، یک پایه نظری قوی ارائه می‌دهد که متخصصان و سیاست‌گذاران را درمورد بهترین شیوه‌های فعلی آگاه می­سازد و راه را برای مطالعات دیگر هموار می‌کند تا دامنه آموزش ترکیبی در تربیت­بدنی اصلاح و گسترش یابد.
